This happened after reporting an internal theft operation that involves hundreds of employees and customers. I first consulted with a Coombs and Dunlap Admin over 2 months ago, giving every personal detail about my case. The admin informed me at that time that every lawyer at Coombs and Dunlap was too busy to take my very good case against CBS Health, so I asked for letters of declination from each one of them, and she refused. I just went back today hoping things had changed but it only got worse. I asked the young admin if I could speak to a lawyer, and she said no because that is not the procedure. She said no one can ever speak to a lawyer there, only to the admins unless they are a client. I told her I want o be a client, and she said that they were all too busy to take my case. I then asked if I could get letters of declination from all of the lawyers too busy to take my case and she did not know what that was. Beings that this is a theft operation involving thousands of thieves, stealing from a major Corperation like CVS, this concerns me. Also, I have had my identity stolen, where an imposter pretended to be me, collecting damages that I suffered. So having an admin who doesn't even know what a letter of declination is knowing every single detail of my potential case, and then blocking me from access to every single attorney at Coombs and Dunlap leaves me very suspicious. I left letters today to every single lawyer at Coombs and Dunlap through the mail slot on Division street in Napa, requesting a letter of declination. We will see if they get them.
