I will attach just a few pictures/video. When I emailed, then called in great concern, I was blamed, bullied and Remi lied. Rashi is also being unprofessional and dishonest. They are suppose to be fence experts?! They refuse to accept responsibility nor any accountability. Did tell me at one point they would come out the day I initially emailed/called - a no show, then said the next day - also a no show. Then no response to my additional two emails and calls. They are now not answering calls or emails and are not coming out to address. I am extremely worried for the safety of my special needs dogs. They were made aware throughout the whole interaction - from initial contact to install a fence until now - with them how important this fence was to be secure and stable and proper for the safety of my dogs. That my dogs are a priority to have a safe, strong plus enjoyable fenced in area to enjoy. November 30th, one of my special needs dogs ended up getting stuck in an area of the fence/double gate as it is coming apart. Another special needs dog got out through a portion of fence - this company says that this is real chain link(it is easily bendable). I have photos and witnesses from the metal, ties and garbage they also left on the property. They did not even install the gate or fencing on my back deck properly either. Very unprofessional of Rashid & Remi of Commence Fencing. I spent all I had on this fence - they knew my budget, even used up funds from another fund as I was charged many thousands of dollars more after they started, and I clearly have been taken advantage of. Unacceptable. I opened up a complaint to the BBB due to their lack of response and unprofessional conduct. Commence Fencing said: 1) they offered me a full refund. They did not. 2) that I paid less than the $35,000+ which is not true - have all receipts/invoices from the privacy mesh, installation of the privacy mesh(they came out a second time - Salem to install another 100 feet), the fencing etc. 3) said they record calls and responded immediately to me, which is false. I have kept my own emails and call logs. 4) they recommended this privacy mesh - Remi - and was 250 feet, not the 200 feet they state installed by their privacy mesh expert (Salem). 5) Two fencing contractors looked at the fence November 30th - confirmation given that the posts were not installed correctly and one noted that the double gate was also not correct. Another fencing contractor has reviewed the photos/video. This fence was not installed correctly. 6) they did not install the gate/fencing on the pool deck correctly either 7) they stated the the fencing/mesh on the side with the treeline is not leaning and is secure so it is the more open area and the mesh there causing the issue - they are wrong - they never have come out to see for themselves and I have videos/photos of this area also. It is their poor and incorrect fencing/post installation that is the major issue. 8)They remain dishonest and still have not responded as to when they are coming out nor offered to repair at THEIR expense what they did not do correctly. They are suppose to be the professionals. They promised me a strong, secure, safe fence that would last decades. 9) they are wrong about my move in date also. They 'finished' the fence - Salem came out a couple of weeks later(would have to look up the date) to install another 100 feet of mesh - October 8th very late. I moved in on the 11th. Had surgery on the 12th that laid me up for 6 weeks from work etc.. Noted my fence was falling down on November 27th. Immediately reached out to them. 10) Additional steps are now being taken to address this serious situation.

Since I've made the complaint to Medusa, they've done nothing, saying I should wait till March and they will return to see what can be done? That's 10 months after they paved? They ignore calls now, and will only respond via text. They actually sub contract out the paving, not told to me at any time until there was an issue, and kept telling me he would check with the contractor, but of course never did. He suggested that I deal with them? I would suggest to look elsewhere.

My neighbour seems really happy with their service however that is not why I chose to write this review. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and never have a had a team be so incredibly courteous. No matter who you are talking to they are friendly and accommodating. All the neighbours have been talking and this feeling is universal. Just a small example, they are working in our driveway and have fencing around the whole. Our door is down the driveway and I asked that when they are done for the day they make sure to push the fence away from our house so that my wife can get the stroller down the driveway even if no one is there to help. They were totally understanding and every single day since the fencing has been pushed back. The organizational culture of service is truly incredible. Kudos to everyone there.
