Our condo corp contracted for replacement fences for our roughly 100 units…read more They tore down most of the old stuff in May. It is now mid July and the work has not been completed. They show up when they feel like it. A considerate and professional operation would have taken their customers into consideration and torn down a couple of fences, replaced them, and moved on to the next couple. We have been without a backyard for most of the summer and no sign of them finishing. My suggestion is that a FIRM completion date be written into any contract or they will just do it when they feel like it. Be warned.
