He asks me if I want a tow AT NO COST TO ME. I tell him I'm not sure I am waiting for my husband. I then have to talk to police and EMT and make sure everyone has all their information they need. The boy then comes over again asking if I want a tow. I again tell him no my husband is on his way. I am still on the verge on tears this whole time and very shaky. He comes over AGAIN! Telling me I have to get my car off the road because it's obstructing traffic. Which in the picture you can see is not true because his big tow truck fits perfectly facing on coming traffic. I show him my husbands car at this point cause he is almost to us but ole boy just keeps talking and I reluctantly give up my keys because I'm afraid I'll get in trouble for having my car on the side of the road. Now my husband calls to go get the car and is informed it will be $250 because my insurance will not pay for the tow because I was at fault for the wreck. Which I know I am at fault but I told him 3 or 4 times that I was waiting for my husband so he could make the call on the tow because I was not in the state of mind to make this call! I am very mad and upset that "MY 3 SONS TOWING" claims to treat you like family but all I got was harassment that ended up in me paying them $250 for my car that I didn't even want towed.

Found several thing not done, broken and billed to the insurance company that were never put on vehicle. 1. Plastic trim clips were not replaced on some parts. 2. Rear plastic rock shield had all plastic clips broken off/ screw missing, held on only by the mud flap,. 3. Front body mounts were not torqued, losing one of the pinch nut and almost lost the bushing and washer along with it. (Pinch nut on the other side was about to drop off as well). 4. I have had to align the front fender and hood for fit. 5. Their attempt to duplicate the rock guard on the new CAPA fender was pathetic. They didn't even try to match the OEM fender, just sprayed some type of coating on and called it good. 6. The spot welds were left to rust, no paint applied at all. 7. The worst is that they reused several parts (some damaged in wreck) and billed the insurance company close to $500 for their replacements. (They billed for a "Nameplate" for the front door, my truck does NOT have nameplates on any door. I have contacted my insurance company. So far, I have painted the welds, replaced the broken trim and missing fasteners. I am still in the process of correcting the sloppy work and still discovering thing that they failed to do. They figured I won't check their work, figured things not readily visible can be left unfixed/replaced. I regret taking it to them. Oh yes, it looks like I will have to do some paint touch-up on the hood, some of the edges look like the paint was rubbed off, and I still have to correct the rock guard coating on the front fender. One last thing. Please! GO SOME PLACE ELSE!

I've had many vehicles and always had windows tinted, this was by far the best! In the morning I found Titan Trailers. I drove in to scope out the place. I went thinking I just want them to do something to get me home. (Florida). I'll fix it when I get there. A flatbed towing company didn't even get the trailer unhooked and they were already working. Jacking up the trailer to access the situation. After meeting Christy and she talked highly about the ownership and the team that worked there, she introduced me to Daniel! Daniel was shop Manager. After discussing things with Daniel and watching his team work, I was convinced that these were the right people to do the complete fix on the trailer. They all worked like a "pit crew" . Very organized and professional. I told them to also replace the other side as it was ready to break as well! It was rusted and the team had trouble getting things apart. Most shops would have said "come back tomorrow". Not these guys. They all put their heads together to get me on the road. Things took about a little of two hours, but I was on my way! These guys were highly professional! They worked as a team to accomplish the task. They were upfront on all the costs. I would highly recommend Titan Trailer repair. They do it all.
