Jimmy to the rescue! He immediately agreed to come by and look at the work I needed. Jimmy qouted me a very fair price and had his crew here at 9:00 am. Chris and his brother did an amazing job. My yard looks fantastic! 5 star all the way

I'm hard of hearing so I wasn't entirely sure I communicated well with them but they seemed to understand me so we went forward. Their two-person crew arrived spot on time and got right to work. Daniel, the owner, carefully reviewed the work we had asked for. I agreed, and they got right to work. I thought it would take them all day, but much to my pleasant surprise, they were done in half that time. And the work? Perfect. They did everything asked for with professionalism and well-deserved pride. The yard is now presentable (and it hasn't been for a while). We'll definitely be bringing them on for monthly maintenance so it doesn't go out of control again. Cost was very reasonable. The scope of the work we needed was never going to come cheap, and cheap wasn't our goal. We wanted the job done right and we were willing to pay a professional rate to get that level of quality. Angeles Landscape charges a very good rate and, for what you get, I doubt there are better options. I also appreciated that Daniel kept checking in to make sure we were happy, if we wanted anything corrected, or if we had any questions. Customer service and quality are clearly top priorities for Angeles Landscape, and it's great to know I can trust them to do great!

We ended up doing a half paver patio, half artificial turf for the back yard which included some retaining wall work. They also installed a gravel path to the back yard with paver stepping stones. The work was done in 5 days and his team was very courteous and friendly (especially to my 4 year old daughter who would wave from the window). As with most projects, issues arose, but Santiago was very transparent with them and provided solutions to get the job done right. L & S did such a good job that the neighborhood is considering them for future work and regular yard maintenance.

Despite making it clear that we are not interested, the invasive disruptions do not stop. This behavior is predatory and incredibly unprofessional.

Seems reasonable and worth it. However, communication is spotty. The only way I can get a hold of someone is through email and when I asked him not to come, he came anyway. I asked him again not to come until September as my small lawn just isn't growing. Well, I got an invoice from the service they were asked to skip and an argument over email for hours on a Sunday morning asking me to prove I didn't want them to come. Ultimately, I will move on to a different service. I paid every invoice, in full on time and the history of the relationship should be taken into account. Good customer service goes a long way.

This is the lawn care company you need. First phone call was returned within 2 minutes. Quote was given and they showed up and completed exactly what was promised. At the end of service they even assured me if I had any issues to call and they would take care of it straight away. They were quick, efficient, and respectful of my property. Gerardo showed up, chatted with me about what I wanted, took measurements, and gave me a bid on the spot. I was moving into a house I was rehabbing and needed a portion of this fence done right away because I have a dog and he hustled to not only build the new portion I needed, but went out of his way to do some repairs on the existing fence to keep my dog safe and secure. He and the people working for him showed a lot of attention to detail, checked in with me often about the project to make sure it was coming along and looking as I expected, and every day at the end of the day the work site was clean and organized. I'm planning some plant installations and a new deck and Gerard's Landscaping is going to be my first call!

They told me that the market has changed and they need their customers to do some research. Then they gave me an arbutrary deadline to join a COMPLIMENTARY 10min call. The number of red flags in 1 message exchange. First of all, if you are in the field don't respond to the message or hire someone who can do it without getting upset that their customer do not know what they need.
