Great British Pizza is perfect if you like thin crust pizza. My friend and I had some olives to start our meal and a rocket and parmesan salad to complement our pizzas. We shared a beef pepperoni and a ham & mushroom. Both pizzas were great with a crispy airy base. Toppings were quite generous on each pizza. Pizzas are priced between £4 (the classic Margate-rita) to £11 (for their specials), it quite a good value. Service was alright. It was a bit like a pub. To be honest, I'm not a pizza fan. However, I can make an exception for a thin crust and a tasty topping. Just what we found at GB PIZZA. We hadn't booked ( it was a Monday night for goodness sake!) but were welcomed and invited to sit outside. All the better to watch the magnificent sunset. We drank a bottle of wine from the barrel and ate really delicious pizza. Oh and we also loved the spicy roasted broad beans. In our opinion this is a Margate 'must do.' read more
