As of July, stores include Valentino, AllSaints, Tumi, Thom Browne, Lululemon, The North Face, Zadig & Voltaire, and more. Every employee we spoke with was genuinely friendly and seemed happy to be there. Even the security guards smiled as we walked by. If you're looking for a nice, leisurely stroll while browsing luxury brands in a relaxed atmosphere, this is a great place to visit. The cashier, Arianna (hopefully I'm spelling her name correctly), was amazing -- friendly, professional, and welcoming. She made the process easy. However, what appeared to be the manager approached during the return and asked Arianna if she had inspected the items. I stated clearly that the dresses were brand new, tags intact, and I had just removed them from the plastic while waiting in line. The tone and approach felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Additionally, this same woman was near the entrance adjusting merchandise when I walked in and did not greet me at all. First impressions matter. My online customer service experience was excellent, and I'm glad I initiated the return beforehand. Unfortunately, the in-store interaction with the manager made the experience feel tense and unwelcoming. I will likely be reaching out to a district manager to share this feedback, as customer service at the leadership level should reflect professionalism and courtesy.

I noticed the store reopened two days ago and that there was a line to get in. 38 ppl max capacity in the store and about 8 persons on line. Not bad. Today I came around opening and there was only two persons on line so I decided to take my lil gift card for a spin. When it was my turn to enter Jourdan a store employee was also entering to start his shift. I immediately noticed the line inside and had to make a choice wait or don't wait. So I looked around for an associate to pick out my shoe which I already pre chose b4 I got there. Jourdan literally clocked-in and turned around and took three pairs of shoes to search for between me and the other patrons. Now THAT is what I'm talking about. THAT is customer service that is we have a busy day and we got to get with it. Between him and the other young lady keeping the line engaged and tidying up around the store while we all waited for like 30 minutes LOL. I must say.
