After I gave them the go ahead to do the job, I decided to waterproof my entire basement. As this is out of their realm, they recommended a few places to me and also advised me to ask if they still installed the sump pump afterwards would it affect the waterproofing warranty...which it would. Thanks to this piece of advice from Dawn. Dawn recommended that I have the same company install the sump pump, which I ended up doing. Flash forward a couple of months and I had decided to remove a tub and replace it with a shower. This would require changing the plumbing and setting a shower base. I contacted Warkentin specifically based on Dawns integrity with my previous issue. Her team came out and ran pipes and move the floor drain. As the shower walls were not yet installed, their plumber said he'd come back to set everything to the proper depth and ensure they were aligned properly. Once the walls and tiling were up, I contacted Dawn and she sent someone the following day. Very happy with their professionalism, integrity and efficiency. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We talked with a rep who then said that they'd be out in an hour and a half. 3 hours later, still no show. Poor customer service! If they couldn't come, a phone call or text would have been great! We received NOTHING! We ended up calling another company the next day. They have been awesome during this upheaval in our lives! Terrible experience from YQG Electric. I first received an invoice at an outrageous amount for them…read moresimply changing 4 outlets that took about an hour, which I had to supply and install my own covers for the outdoor ones as well. Communication was slow in attempt to correct the invoice amount and I requested to see the breakdown of the charges on the bill. Once I received a second corrected invoice it was still high and again did not provide a breakdown of charges (eg. labor and parts charged). I then gave up and paid the outstanding bill as I did not want any repercussions from the unrealistic due date on the invoice. To my surprise a week later Mike contacted me via telephone regarding the bill and advises they again will correct the invoice and credit an hour labor back ($180). A week went by and I received nothing from what I discussed with Mike. I then emailed inquiring about the phone conversation.. but never heard a response. It's now weeks later and I have not received any contact. Not impressed. Will be advising everyone I know and work with to steer clear of YQG. This is not how you do business.
