This newly opened restaurant located on the ground level of Chatswood Chase food court is the perfect location for breakfast, lunch or even an early dinner. The restaurant has a lot of comfortable seating inside with a beautiful modern layout and design. Their menu has all the favourites, there is something for everyone (burgers, chickens, salads, steak, dessert, coffee and so much more). We were spoilt on the day, with Radley's serving up a feast. We were lucky enough to try a little of everything. It is honestly so hard to choose of favourite. The food was unbelievable, and with Radley's you truely understand the meaning of fresh and delicious food, such as the gravy being made fresh everyday from the chicken's to the tenderness and juicy whole chickens. We have listed out the dishes we were able to try and their prices! Buttermilk Pancakes with Honeycomb Butter and Maple Syrup $9- There's no better way to welcome winter than by having a stack of warm pancakes for breakfast. Double Bacon and Egg Roll $10 Soup of the Day ( Pumpkin and Parmesan ) $8.50 Buttermilk Fried Chicken Burger with chips $10.50 ( Change hot chips to vegetables or salad $2 ) Crispy Chicken Kimchi Sliders $10 (2 per serve)- one of our favourites, the kimchi tied in perfectly with the crispy juicy tender chicken in mini sliders (perfect bite size) there was so much flavour packed in to each bite. Chargrilled Beef Tacos with Guacamole and Salsa $12 - feeling something spicy? This is what you've been looking for, with tender beef strips, guacamole in a soft taco! This had us licking our fingers! Radleys Beef Burger with chips $12.50 ( Change hot chips to vegetables or salad $2 ) Chicken Schnitzel with hot chips $10.50 ( Change hot chips to vegetables or salad $2 )- have a look out the photos to check out the size of the schnitzel served!!! It's bigger than Caleb's head and for only $10.50!!! Prime Rib Steak with hot chips $15 ( Change hot chips to vegetables or salad $2 ) - it's rare you find a perfectly cooked steak that's actually medium rare! Radley's have outdone themselves! The steak was juicy and cooked perfectly as a medium rare. Can you believe how amazing the prices are for each dish - a premium rib steak and chips for only $15!! P.s don't forget to order the fresh hot gravy with anything - the best combo gravy and hot chips!!!

With so many delicious things on the menu, we honestly couldn't even decide what to get and realised that one visit is not enough. But if I learnt to cook well, went to a Chinese/Korean/Thai/Japanese cooking class I bet I'd find all the ingredients I need here. I walked down the stairs and felt like I was in a foreign land - blonde and blue eyes I stood out like a sore thumb. A bit of a stickler for looking at ingredients on packaging I need to befriend someone who reads Chinese/Japanese/Cantonese/Mandarine so that I know what I'm buying exactly. Perhaps I should start learning to cook first! They stock everything from fresh fruit and vegetables with a range of Chinese vegetables, noodles, sauces, condiments, frozen dim sum, snack foods, iced teas and drinks.

Okay, so, thing the first: CHEAP-ASS FRUIT & VEG. We're talking $1.99kg tomatoes, $2.50kg cucumbers, $1.20 bunches of coriander, $1.50 bundles of delicious garlic shoots that I've only just learned how to cook, and every kind of almost-costs-more-not-to-buy-them bok choys, choy sums, and about a billion other variant of the same. I buy all my fresh schtuff here now, way cheaper than Coles & Woolies and really good quality. Freezers, entire freezers, of dumplings! Welcome to the promised land, son. Pre-packed, wafer-thin beef and pork rolls to drop into your instant ramen noodles, millions of soy and oyster sauces, billions of chilli oils, gummis, Poki, bamboo shoots, it's happy hour at the freaking flavour factory and you've got the golden ticket. Of course, at least half of this place is things that I don't recognise and will probably never try (read: weird, so weird) but I try one new thing every time I come here. Doesn't always pay off, but 1 in 3 times it does. Like the chilli oil with cured pork chunks that's now my new favourite condiment, holler. Just don't buy the garlic that's imported from China - it's bleached, and the girl at Cornersmith Picklery told me it goes bright blue when pickled, naaaasty.
