But all this gloriousness soon became a footnote to the silky smooth icing sandwiched between the two chocolate chip cookies. The icing is unrivaled among the many attempts at a double doozie. Free of the granular sugary texture that only causes guilt and never enhances the experience, this collaboration of cookie and icing is not to be shared. They are large enough for two but so tasty you better forget about any ideas of sharing. There is only heart ache and confrontation to be had down that road. A certain chain cookie company who coined the term and will here remain unnamed in this review was only hinting at what could be when they began to offer their "double doozie."
