I told them that it was broken when I opened it & asked to speak with management so the manager that evening (5/13/25) told me that I could possibly talk to the store in Lafayette, Indiana something like 40 miles away might be able to help me but he couldn't do a thing because it had been 11 days since I bought the tv. That's TERRIBLE customer service. You have shit service at the Kokomo store. I drove to Lafayette because I wasn't going to be out that much money and THANKFULLY the Lafayette store had their head on straight. I'll definitely think twice about spending money with your company.

So I had no clue what was going on after they took my money since it was "required" to order the part. THEN the part somehow got lost in the mail and they had to reorder it and "overnight" it but it still took four more days. This place is a joke.
