Finally got it back January 28 after repeated visits and excuses. Does not answer phone or respond to voice mail. Told me he couldn't recover my data and to send disk to special data recovery lab which I did. Long story short, I ended up taking laptop to another local shop and in 2 hours they had recovered my and I'm on my way.

I asked if it was in stock. She said yes. Something in stock??? I almost fell out of my chair. I got there and the charger was in stock. Stop the madness. The price was exactly what she told me it would be. No flim/flam. The charger works. It gets no better than this.

Needed a new laptop cheap. Only needed to surf web, make and print documents, check my email, easy…read moreright? WRONG. I went to BB due to their 'wide selection'. Took 30 minutes to get help, had to ask guys at front door to get help. Finally got someone, told him I needed a simple laptop under $300. He actually LAUGHED at me. When I asked about the laptops in my price range he said those were only for kids playing online games. Don't know about you but the games they play these days are crazy graphic and required lots of RAM. All im doing should need less. Long story short, I left with nothing after he tried to sell me a $700 laptop, drove my happy a#$ to Walmart. In 10 minutes I was in, chose my laptop, bought it, got home, easy set up, everything i wanted all for ONLY $169. WONT BE BACK EVER.
