Update The owner or I'm assuming owner's husband since the website says it's locally female owned did reach out but basically from his emails admitted to not doing what he usually does to repair the screen in the first place and took a shortcut because they didn't have what they usually get in stock also he gave me my phone back the same exact day that he put the new screen on and from what I've read online you're supposed to let a phone sit for 24 to 48 hours so the adhesive can set properly and again blamed a bench frame on something I did when I could see Mark's on the side of my phone that weren't there before I took it to him like they were having trouble getting the old screen out and been at themselves I requested a refund of at least the cost besides the screen since yes my screen is intact but coming up out of the phone with light coming out from all around the sides of it so therefore it's not properly functioning it's supposed to sit down in the phone I'm just not comfortable letting them touch my phone again there's no miscommunication when I went in there the first time no mention of making it right was ever discussed The only thing talked about was how I must have did something to it it was fine when they gave it to me and I would have to pay more money even though it included a warranty I was not contacting until after I posted a negative review I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before I went there

Broke my screen and called up A&K they had a screen and did so I went to get it changed. The guy…read moresaid it would take an hour and they had a cheaper screen option than the certified apple screen. I decided to get that one. I went to pick it up and he wouldn't let me see the phone before I paid in order to inspect the work. Upon payment as soon as I looked at the screen I noticed something was off. The refresh rate was way too slow and there was a noticeable lag when I swiped through my phone. There was also a substantial difference in the colors on my screen. I immediately brought it to his attention and he said "that's normal. It will still work just fine" and offered no solutions to my problems. The next day I noticed something else not quite right about the screen; it's absolutely draining my battery life on my phone. My 15 pro max used to last all day of constant use and still have battery left at the end of the day. Now if I look at a text or scroll less than 5 TikTok's it will eat 10% of my battery. As far as the speed of the repair, if you really need something fixed fast I guess I would recommend them for that. If you want a quality repair with quality parts, find someone else to do the work.

He recommended his personal anti-virus software, in which he proceeded to plug a USB into my laptop. At first it was fine, all of my spam was gone. But within the next couple days I went to check on my Crypto account, where I had over $20,000 in Bitcoin and XRP. All of this was wiped out and my account was left with nothing. I am led to believe that the man that installed his personal "anti virus" had stolen my blockchain key and got into my crypto account where he took all of my earnings. This was for my grandpa's retirement and he has been depositing his social welfare checks in there for over 10 years. Now he is in Cancun, Mexico with no way of paying for a return flight back here to the States! Have you seen what they are doing in Guadalajara?!?!?!
