I call and call and call for a month to ask for his file to send to the seeing eye. I get hung up on and the receptionist are so rude to me. Now I need a referral for an oncologist because the seeing eye and I both do not trust them. I can't seem to get that done either. The recovery room is highly unhygienic. Idk if they think because I'm blind I can't tell but dog laying on dirty towels on the floor after surgery is not a good sign for me. I can't see but my daughter and husband can. I can still smell and hear. I'm not an invalid. I have many other issues with them but I am highly frustrated with them giving my work dog medicine he doesn't need thats doing more harm than good and then giving me the run around and won't let me talk to the vet.

Very poor communication and unprofessional service. We were told our cat's spay would take 3-4…read morehours, but when we returned, she hadn't even been taken into surgery. Staff was dismissive and denied giving us that timeframe. The manager was very rude and then removed our cat from the back and said they weren't going to move forward, without us asking for that. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience--would not recommend.
