Throughout the entire process, he went to court only four times, and during those appearances he said little to nothing--mostly just telling me not to speak to the judge myself. At no point did he advocate for me or make any meaningful effort to help my case. I fulfilled every requirement expected of me, yet he failed to ensure that critical steps were taken, such as making sure I received a service plan. I actually had to request it myself, even though he was in the courtroom when it should have been addressed. I paid him $3,000 for representation, and later he charged me an additional $1,500--then sued me for that amount after providing minimal legal support. His lack of communication, effort, and professionalism left me feeling completely unrepresented and taken advantage of. Given his conduct, I am firmly considering filing a formal complaint with the Bar Association. In my opinion, Mr. Haff's actions fell far below the standard of care expected from an attorney, and I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring him for family law matters.

Mr. Haaff did nothing after a 4000.00 retainer fee. He NEVER answered calls until I left voice messages begging him to call back. My daughter was in nursing school and he did nothing to help with child support--she got zero . This man should be disbarred. The sociopath got half custody (his dad happened to be a court cop where the judge presided. His daughter is in therapy now. Thank you Chriss Haaff for nothing --DO NOT EMPLOY THIS MAN FOR YOUR DIVORCE IF YOU'RE A WOMAN!!!!!
