The electrician left exposed and uncapped wiring in our basement and when he denied this, Kitchen Village, rather than showing customer support, sided with the electrician. You can also expect an unfinished room when they are done. They do not paint or take care of the finishing touches such as tiling. If you want a high quality job, where you can walk into a completed room, DO NOT hire the Kitchen Village.

It started with the demo of our floors the day before they were supposed to start, they ruined all of the floors by removing way too much material on the floors! We in turn then had to pay for all new plywood to try to level up the floors, well that didn't work very well so we ended up having to spend another ten thousand dollars on new doors and trim because all of our doors were to short! It only continued to get worse, she ordered the wrong floor and was rude and tried tellings us we ordered the floor that came in, we ended up finding the floor somewhere else because she told us it would take a couple of months to come in, in the meantime my whole house was torn apart, no kitchen, washer dryer or downstairs bathroom! The floor was finally put in and it is so uneven we have to put pads under our furniture! She charged us for things that were not done, like clean up...it took me 2 months to clean my house, the upstairs, which was not touched, had to have everything removed and cleaned! We paid a plummer to put out toilet and appliances back and were charged for some of that! We have a seam in our brand new countertops that they seem to think is normal and it gets worse by the day! I could go on and on, what was really sad was that instead helping us through this and trying to make thing right she did nothing but blame us and anyone else that was involved, very rude! it also took at least 8 months if not more for her to finish the project!

They had a demo crew, fine grading crew and a great finishing crew along with a seperate cutting and clean up crew the next day.
