Geiger Law prepared my Trust. I used the Laguna Niguel Office, that is closer to me. They are only available in person at this location on Wednesdays. Make sure you call them upfront to know the days they are open and have appointments. I used a service provided by work as part of my benefits package- Arag Legal. You pay a monthly payment. Living Trust, Will and Funding the trust were all included. You interact with several people in the process. The initial in person consultation was with the associate attorney , Jessica that was professional, asked me a lot of questions that i have not thought about - i really liked this part. The second in person consultation was to sign the papers with the notary. Notary answered my questions and made changes i the spot as we clarified things. The third appointment was to actually collect the document package. Overall took from mid-December to early February to complete the whole process.. keep in mind that if you live in Carlsbad where they have the main office, probably this timing can be consolidated. The fact that had holidays and that appointments had to be on Wednesdays, and both parties needed to be free, was the key for the length this took. Overall, i would recommend Geiger Law. Everyone in contact was nice, professional, responded to emails and picked up the phone!! I appreciate their process. Oh, they also have training session, in Carlsbad. read more

The response from Geiger Law did not apply to my situation. I live in California and it was a California legal matter. They said the attorney who could handle it had temporarily relocated to North Carolina and could handle it from there. Also, attorney client privilege is not necessary to answer a few questions. read more

Throughout the process we were kept informed and advised in an understandable way how the process will take place, what assets should be included in the Trust and how to make it easy for our children (our trustees) to follow our wishes after we are gone.
