My husband and I have been meaning to get our Living Trust in order, but never got around to it. We finally got around to it. I searched on yelp and OC Wills and Trust was the only place that responded to my questions. I made an appointment the following weekend. Since my husband and I both work Monday thru Friday, Saturdays were our only option for our consultation. Brian was able to make it happen. We arrived at the Irvine location, right off the freeway. There's plenty of parking and the office was easy to find. We were greeted right away by receptionist and offered drinks. After waiting a few minutes, we were brought into Brian's office. He arrived shortly after. His office has Lego displays everywhere, which my husband and daughter were so into. Brian even had a small Lego table for kids to play at, which my daughter took advantage of. Brian went over everything that included in the Living Trust, Wills, Advanced Directives, etc. He was very thorough and everything was easy to understand. The consultation was about 45 minutes and since we liked what we heard, we put down a retainer fee and saw him a couple of weeks later with all our paper ready to sign. Irvine Location: A very disappointing and frustrating experience. We would NOT recommend. All they wanted was to ensure that they got paid. They said one thing, and when we got there, they dragged things out for an extra visit, that was an unnecessary waste of time, especially when they promised all could be completed in ONE visit. We reached out to OC Wills and Trust to have the documents drawn up to create a will and trust in case anything happens to us. The process is very straightforward. You go in and sit down with an attorney who goes over the process in detail and answers your questions very clearly and thoughtfully. You give a deposit and they draw up the documents and file them on your behalf with the county. You change your other assets yourself.
