While JoAnn assisted us in our kitchen design and cabinet selection, she has failed to assist us in…read morethe resolution of functional issues with our cabinets. Though she was the agent that recommended the cabinets and the finish, she is claiming that because she now has her own business that she cannot find our file. The file of course contains critical information about the sizes of the cabinet doors. I have reached out to the owner of the cabinet manufacturer (after JoAnn refused) who has offered to help us, but JoAnn has refused to locate our file to provide the sizes. The president of the cabinet company suggested that we could remove the cabinet doors and locate the information in the "cup." Joann has said that she doesn't have anyone who can help us with that. We are obviously frustrated and perplexed why a professional would not assist us after numerous requests over several months. We merely want our kitchen to be right, and don't know who to reach out to except to the person that designed the kitchen and sold us the cabinets. There are stains from a lack of sealant, numerous dings, and a scratch where the installer (referred by Joann) did not use a flat screw and it scratched the cabinet. Kitchen cabinets are a long term investment, make sure that you are using a professional that will still be in business if you have issues after installation that will assist you. We should have been more selective.
