Pacific Air Comfort. First off, the unit in the attic had a switched taped shut. A drain that should have been in the overflow pan, never even mentioned. Then when the cover was taken off, it had never been cleaned, caked with dirt, cobwebs, wasp nest. A drain on the bottom, totally clogged.

Both said Just Ductless was the only service they deal with period. Called Sunday late afternoon and was told they would back to me in the morning. ( my emergency heat feature was working). Next morning , 8:00am comes a knock at the door and it the guys from Ductless. Not just the guys, the owner himself. They went to the unit, ran some tests and said my thermostat was sending a bad signal to the unit and asking for AC not heat. Shish. Older unit , they sad the rest of the unit checked out 100% AND the just happened to have a replacement thermostat on the truck. Back in business!
