I've had them out three times: installing an in-sink garbage disposal, installing a new water heater, and fixing leaks in my bathroom sink and toilet tank. Every job they've done has been excellent. They are responsive and show up when they say they'll show up. Plus they give a discount for veterans and seniors. We were so happy with A.R.M. Plumbing! We called for an estimate on our new master bathroom and Arnold came out the next day and bided the job. We decided to go with A.R.M. after getting several bids and speaking to plumbers. We are so glad we did! They came out in two days. They finished the job in a day and a half. Call for service to replace a washer on the cold water value. I was told the charge is 150 per hour and would only be charged for the time the tech was here. He arrived at 1130 am and left at noon. I was not only charged for the full hour, but the repair was not completed because the service tech claims the company does not supply the tools. I was as well charged a service fee for using a credit card and was not told of the fee until after the work was completed. Here the worst part. Not only did they not repair the cold water issue, but the broke the hot water valve. When ask about it, the Tech stated he was doing me a favor by finding another issue. The company will not respond to calls or letters on the issue. DO NOT use this plumber!!!!! read more

Responsive Courteous Professional Flexible Reasonably Priced Attention to Detail These are the things I look for and expect when I hire a contractor for my project. I had a laundry sink install that was abandoned by my last contractor and ARM Plumbing came out to re-do the shoddy work and finish the project. Arnold was able to: - Properly re-install the base cabinet - Route my dryer vent through the back of the cabinet - Modify the counter top that was incorrectly cut by the other contractor - Install the laundry sink - Securely install and mount my commercial sprayer/faucet Arnold did such a great job on the laundry room I also had him replace the faucet in our guest bathroom. We wanted to have a whole house water filter installed and called on A.R.M. for the job. Arnold was very knowledgeable about the filters and advised us on what kind was best for our needs. Where our water comes into our house is not a very accessible area of the crawlspace under the house, so Arnold recommended running lines around to the door of the crawlspace to make it easy to change out the filter when necessary. We scheduled a date and time for the install and he was on time and got the job done that day in the time he estimated. He also explained how to change out the filter. Had Mike from A.R.M. Plumbing fix a leak under my sink that I have fixed at least twice with sub-standard results. Mike showed up early, diagnosed the problem as needing to use a different sealant on the baskets than plumbers putty and suggested replacing the baskets with a higher quality model. In and out in under an hour, courteous, professional, and reasonable on the price. I will definitely give them a call should I ever need plumbing work again. read more

I discovered over the weekend that my water heater was leaking with rusty water & needed to be replaced. I got a hold of Kim Monday morning and said someone could be out there between 2&4pm the next day and it would probably be between $850-950 including everything I needed. Mike arrived the next day at 1:30pm (early is good). Really nice guy and knew what he was doing. Ran into a few "snags" as the previous water heater wasn't really installed correctly. He easily took care of the snags, cleaned up after himself and it was only $650. I would definitely be using these guys again. read more

Needed bathroom faucet replaced and I had supplies already. Scheduled appt for next day, today, service.
