Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's. Using this company was the worst financial decision we have ever made…read more First off, they no-showed on our moving day after calling the night before to confirm everything. They then showed up 2 hours late to the rescheduled moving date the next day, which was our last day of possession. During the move broke my nicest TV, gashed our Kitchen table, and marked up our nice living room furniture, all while putting 2 holes in our walls in the new house. They then sent a claims person to the house to assess damage, and after being told we would get the TV and table replaced and the couches professionally cleaned, they came up with a claim of $168 along with an NDA. The workers were smoking weed on the job around our newborn and they used profane language the entire day around my wife. They only brought one dolly, and "forgot" their packaging tape and toolbox, so they used my tools and tape for our move, but still charged us for the extra hours needed to make the move. Probably 50% of the boxes were in the wrong location in the house, with a stack of 6 upstairs master bedroom and master closet boxes in the basement. Our patio furniture was scattered in the grass in the back yard, and several boxes labelled "fragile" with arrows pointing to the top of the box were upside down or laying on their side. The company is standing firm on their $168 claim offer and invited me to write all the reviews I want and to share my experience. Stay away from this company, they are an absolute nightmare.

Movers were on time, but truck was too small to fit all my belongings. Very upsetting considering the lengthy process of covering the contents of my apartment. This caused me to have to ask 2 other people to bring their vehicles to help as almost my entire storage unit and items in my garage were left. All the loading and unloading of the content, gas, and time it took all of us to travel back and forth 2 hours each way to do it. Additionally, the movers caused damage to my walls in the stairway which I will have to pay for out of my apartment security deposit. The back-and-forth with the rep about an appropriate reduction in costs was also stressful and time consuming. His insistent reluctancy to take a minimal amount off the bill was ridiculous.
