Now, bit of a back story... in-laws buy a used 22' pontoon boat from 150 in January 2019. Boat is in great shape! We finally get a chance this weekend to get it out on the water so we snatched the opportunity. 5 minutes after launching a warning buzzer starts going off. After troubleshooting for awhile we finally call Susie at 150 who initially tells me to bring it in but 2 mins later she calls back with word that Bud one if their mechanics is on his way to the dock. Yep, dock side service! #mindblown Bud shows up, diagnosed the water pump impeller and we loaded her up and headed to the shop. Mind you, they close at 2:00 PM and it's now 1:45 PM! We arrive and the two mechanics, including Bud, go right to work pulling the lower unit and replacing the impeller. Seriously?!?! My MIL, wife, daughter and friend all go inside for a party-like atmosphere with donuts and drinks and the lights and sound system on one of their brand new floor models in the showroom! At 2:24 PM we were on our way back to the marina to launch into a maiden voyage for my in-laws and family that was full of tubing fun, my FIL was so happy to be on the water and listening to the girls screaming and hollering while having the time of their lives! We ran the boat for about 4 hours and it never once hiccupped or had any issues! Great job 150! You guys are rock stars to me for the happiness you put into my family's weekend! Cheers! Steve Max

I wanted to take a moment and share what I experienced while purchasing a new Yamaha Stratoliner…read morefrom Troy Graham. I found a new 2014 Stratoliner I agreed to purchase with a 2009 Stratoliner trade over email exchanges. I wanted to keep the quick change back rest on my bike. I have attached a photo of the email that caused my review. Upon riding 5 hours to make the deal, Troy first informed me that he would have to charge me labor to switch the mounting hardware to my new bike. I agreed this was fair. We continued inside to sign the paper work. Right away Troy started to be hesitant saying he would now need to replace my back rest and he had built the trade in price with the back rest. I agreed my email wasn't clear if was referring to the actual seat pad or the back rest even though the subject line clearly states back rest. Troy continued to to tell me he needed to charge me "replacement cost" of $374 plus labor to put a quick change back rest back on my trade in. So to clarify, Troy wanted to purchase a new back rest, charge me labor to switch mounting hardware in exchange for me to keep my used back rest that was purchased in 2009. I quickly found several back rests that retailed for less than $200 on jpcycles.com. When I showed Troy these prices, he stated they weren't yamaha branded. I basically felt Troy was trying to leverage the fact that we were from out of state and could not continue to Bikes, Blues and Bbq in Fayetteville without the seat that held our luggage. I again agreed that there was some confusion but it was unfair (not the actual word used) to charge so much in order for me to keep my original back rest. I countered his offer by agreeing to $200 more or I was walking out. My wife and I rode 5 hours to get this bike in good faith to honor our deal. At no time was I dishonest about my trade and I had sent the Craigslist add to Troy showing all of the pictures of my trade. I will never deal with this business again! This happened 2 weeks ago and I even regret paying the extra $200. I should of only paid the labor to change the back rest. On a positive note, the finance lady was great. She was very understanding and even through in a Yamaha hat. We even joked that it was a $200 hat. I really hope Troy makes an effort to handle issues like this in a better way next time. I will never trust him again. The bike I purchased had no back rest, so we needed my seat to continue our trip. I am also including a picture of the bike showing the luggage rack we arrived with.
