I look over and my dash around my vent is cracked and bulging in 2 places where the detailer tried to pry the vent out (some vents pop out) to clean it. My vents don't pop out. The vent was jammed to one side and the dash around it cracked in 2 places. I called the shop and got the Ol' "it was like that when we got it" . Seriously?! Besides the damage very poor detail. Huge swaths of dash that were missed. Hit and miss on the exterior shine. Some pieces got it some didn't. This place is…read morehorribly disorganized, somehow completely missed me on their schedule, took four hours when they said 90 minutes, was dirty inside, and everyone was pretty dang unkind. And I could look past all of that if not for one thing. They barely even cleaned my car. It wasn't horribly dirty when they got it at all, but they very clearly didn't even try. They didn't even do something as simple as wipe off the windshield or the dashboard. As far as I can tell, they cleaned the carpet and the center console, and that's about it. Very not happy with this. They charge the same price everyone else does for 10% of the work
