Awesome company... I had some issues with my car and I needed to see what was wrong with it. They were very nice and told me straight what was going on. Although, I have to come back soon since I was let go of my job from the virus, they told me a broke down of what I need to get done when I pay them a visit again. called to check about warranty on parts that were installed in December 2021. was informed that since I purchased the vehicle from an individual, they would not warranty the part that was installed 6 months ago. I have the receipt showing they made the repair and the repair was paid for in full by the individual I purchased the vehicle from. Apparently they warranty the parts only if you keep the car and don't sell it 6 months later. The misfire on cylinders is not the driver's fault, no matter who owns the vehicle. read more

My engine light went on after parking at an odd angle in the hospital parking lot. While I was fairly sure this was what caused it, I took the car to Hibdon to check it out before driving back to Little Rock. They said they don't take care of check engine lights and referred me to Lofton Motorsports which was very close. I went there, they looked my car over and confirmed that this was the case, reset the light, checked it out and sent me on my way. I am SO happy that they were straight with me. I detest car people trying to take advantage of me because I'm a girl and might not know better. When I find a place that is straight with me and doesn't try to rip me off, I want to tell the world. My daughter took her Ford Focus in for repair. It wouldn't start, battery checked fine, and car stated with a jump. Took it to them and told them that sometimes it wouldn't start and other times it would not. They checked the battery and said that the battery was bad. They installed a new battery, and breaks, the next day the same thing happen. Called them and they said that they didn't know what to tell us. I understand that they are in business to make money, but they didn't even want to address their wrong diagnosis. It is hard to find a good mechanic. read more

We were traveling from New Mexico to Maryland and got a flat tire when we were 60 miles from Tulsa where we were making a stop for the night. My husband and I got up early the next morning and looked for tire places on our phones and found Express Auto and Tire, Lofton Motorsports. We went to their place of business. We were hoping it could be repaired and we would not have to purchase a new one. We told them we were traveling and were in a hurry to get on the road. They took our car back and in about 15 minutes they called us up to the desk. My husband and I had already took guesses at what it would cost if they could repair it and we thought it would be around $60.00. When my husband went up to the desk the guy said, just the flat? My husband said yes and was taking his wallet out. The guy handed him the keys and said, "We just had to plug it and we don't charge for plugs." They repaired the tire, put it back on the car and even put the spare back under the car, for NO CHARGE. We couldn't believe it. So, thanks to Express Auto and Tire. We would stop there again if we ever ran into any problems on a road trip through. They had a sign that said, "If we please you, tell others. If we don't, tell us." That must be what they base their business on and we would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for getting us back on the road safely and quickly!!! read more

Took my Jeep Liberty in to have the passenger rear tire checked for a leak. 15 minutes later I was on my way with no charge for removing a screw and plugging the tire. I have a new favorite car repair shop! read more

I have used Lofton numerous times, but this is my first review. The reason I started using them was because I received a promotional deal on oil changes. Boy am I glad I purchased that deal. The moment I walked in, it just felt different from any other auto shop I have ever been in. They were friendly and seemed very family oriented. A very comfortable situation. I would send my 16 year old daughter there without me, having faith that she would be treated right. The work they do is spectacular. They are quick and never pushy with upsales or making you feel like you have to fix your entire car when all you need is an oil change. Don't get me wrong, if there is something that needs attention they will let you know. They just don't seem pushy about it. Today, I had them buff out my headlight covers. They had oxidized over time and were almost opaque. They used a wet sanding method and they turned out beautiful. I would definitely recommend them for all your your automobile needs. read more

I took my car here because my emergency brake light kept randomly turning off/on and my car would brake when trying to accelerate sometimes. They ended up replacing a bunch of things, (accelerator pedal, brakes, etc) charged me $1000 and had used all the gas in my car and the problem still wasn't fixed. I took it back to them and they ran down my gas tank again, said they ran over some pot holes and that the emergency brake light never came on for them so they thought they fixed the problem and told me I was probably pushing on the brake and accelerating at the same time. I've had the car 5 years I know which pedal is which. 10 minutes down the road it comes on again while I'm driving and keeps doing it. Also my car was making a weird noise that it wasn't making before I took it to them. Turns out the new brakes were installed incorrectly and they overflowed the fluids in my car. $1500 later my main problem still is not fixed. Do not take your car here. read more

I am so grateful that I came across John and his wife. I went to visit my boyfriend in town in May, in which my 2010 Ford Mustang decided to give out on me. I waited until the following morning and took it to John to check it out. He was very thorough, clean and organized. He observed it for many hours trying to figure out exactly what was wrong with it. He took his time checking it and told me that it needed a new motor. I was devastated but he worked quick, he got on the phone and starting calling around to get me a motor. I had to return back home to Fort Worth for work, so I asked him if it was ok if I could leave the vehicle in his care. They worked with me on the motor and held the car until I was able to get back to Tulsa to get it picked up. I was finally able to go and pick it up in July. I am so glad that I found them. They are also really good about showing you which parts are needed and why. If I could give Lofton Motorsports more than five stars, I would!! This repair shop is absolutely fabulous! My daughter and I were traveling across country from New York to LA when our car steering wheel began vibrating excessively. We decided to get it checked out when we reached Tulsa. After reading yelp and Google reviews, we selected Lofton Motorsports to address the issue. Without an appointment, we stopped by and they took our car in right away and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. Part of the problem was the tires. Because we had purchased them from a store that has a warranty and is located nationally, we opted to go to that business to replace them. Lofton had no problem with that and sent us on our merry way without charging us for the diagnostic. The second part of our problem was the need for an alignment which the business that sold us the tires did not do. So, we went back to Lofton and they, once again, took our car in immediately and completed the alignment, so we could go on our way as soon as possible. The cost to us was very reasonable. However, the icing on the cake was how kind, friendly, helpful, honest and fair Steve and the mechanic who completed the job Were to us. They could have easily told us we needed to replace the rotors or anything else for that matter that could have cost hundreds of dollars and we wouldn't of known the difference. I wish I could wrap them up and move them to the state where I reside. read more
