After Blackbeard deleted my review on google I decided to copy/paste this on here…read more Buying my g3 sportsman was all good. My problem is the service. i had an ultrex installed. I thought everything was good but what ended up happening was they installed the trolling motor with the shaft all the way down, and when I went to raise it there was no slack, causing my cable to become cut. (Just found this out after not using the boat all last season) also the wiring on the batteries was incorrect so it wouldn't charge, they did however fix this. The little metal piece is apparently pretty sharp and should have a guard on it instead of a bare piece of metal. After the ultrex I had a livescope installed and from day one this equipment didn't work properly. It has had a double image/mirror image since day one. I had tried to get help from keystone lake Blackbeard and received zero actual help. Two things...whoever installed the cable and wrapped the cable up the trolling motor cut the wire. Then, in order to hide the mistake they wrapped the cut with electrical tape where it was secured to the shaft of the ultrex. At one point I did have keystone Blackbeard look at it after going in and complaining. The guy opens up the front compartment and the black box had apparently been bouncing around inside because the bolts weren't torqued down properly. They quickly secured the box and acted like nothing was wrong. I asked him about the double image and if the cut wire could cause this and he straight told me it wouldn't...well all the research I've done tells me otherwise. After filing an actual complaint with the company weeks ago I have yet to hear back. So now here I am and I'm literally contemplating suing them for the damages. People work hard for their money and they apparently don't have the trained professionals to handle the work load. I will never go back to have anything installed and when I upgrade my boat I will definitely be going somewhere else unless this is made right. Also, just to throw this out there...the trolling motor that came on the boat, the minn kota edge literally fell off my boat while I was cruising across the lake and it destroyed my transducer for the echomap. Obviously this wasn't directly caused by Blackbeard, but the trolling motor shouldn't even be sold on these things. (this was prior to the live scope) All around horrible experience as far as service goes.

Same service manager and when under pressure he got a little arrogant/take it or leave it type attitude/uncooperative. However they did fix our bike when no one else could and we appreciate that I'm glad we paid the $400. That said I know a lot of people have boycotted this place for many years but with the new ownership it's worth a second look. The sign in the service department, that I don't agree with, is still up "we work on the merchandise we sell first and everybody else goes to the end of the line"

As they are a white river dealer, they sell and service our brand boat ... so for us, it was the right place to be. This Marina is easily accessible from Bernice Oklahoma, and is in an excellent place on the lake as far as accessing North and South Grand especially the areas around Shangri-La and Duck Creek.

I had friends buy a 34 footer from Max and Marine Max and they were treated well. MarineMax provides training for new boat owners including a captain who will teach you to pilot the boat. She assisted me with test driving the vehicles, navigating the trade-in process, and even using the 10-day return policy. I really liked both cars I shipped in, but ended up going with the Toyota in the end. It arrived later which is why I bought my first and ended up returning the car and getting the later. There were some hiccups with slow computers and what looked like system changes, which could easily frustrate anyone--but Maegan stayed patient and was incredibly helpful through it all. But they have since decided they don't want to honor this, so Here is the Story. I Hired them to do a "Deep Clean" of my late Grandfathers home after he passed so we could sell the home. Invoice clearly states what is expected. They set a date, I paid and all seemed well. Date of Cleaning came, they were 2 hours late - Got lost? Then had to leave and come back in another 2 days to finish up ( was not told why, they just said need more time). They came back, spend 4 hours and said hey were done. I came to look at the property and found rubbish still on the ground, Base Boards not touched, Cabinets not wiped out and Cobwebs on the walls and Corners. ( They did do a great job on the 1 Fireplace I asked them to clean ) Informed them of my displeasure, and This is when Dasha ( I assume head cleaner reached out and asked for another try) I was hesitant to let them out a 3rd time but after speaking with Dasha, I decided to let them try one more time. Dasha arrived and I had mentioned I wanted the carpets shampooed, but it was not on the invoice and she said she could do that as an apology for all the trouble. once again I am told its done ( but there was one corner of the master bedroom she could not reach as she didn't have an extension cord and the home was 2 prong. :| So I arrive, there were still sticky spots on the floor, baseboards in some of the rooms looked better, but still had dust on Ceiling fans, Cabinets were not wiped out and Still had cobwebs on the wall. ( specifically in the Dining room a big one just on the wall at Eye level ) not like they missed a Corner but didn't wipe down the walls. and It looks like they may have damaged a Screen door. All of these things I have been asking them to do are part of the invoice I was provided. Spoke with Dasha, who then said She did her best and that if more time is needed it would normally be an upcharge ( I was never offered this in the 3 times they were out) and the invoice is more of a "We will try and get to these but if we run out of time may not" I said that's not what I read, At this point I say I would like a Full refund, and she states well they can refund minus the cost of expenses. We talked thru that. and it would end up being $66 refund of the $345. thats less than what was offered the first time I express my displeasure. At this point I said I would like 90% of it refunded, and Dasha switches to I need to stop communicating with her as she is a Woman and I am a Man ...? ok, They did offered to give me a "Refund" if I removed my review ( Google,Facebook, Angies list, and BBB) The Form they wanted me to sign was a bit vague, and Before I would take down my reviews I wanted it to be clear that they would be giving me a Full refund or at least the amount they would be refunding. At this point they said " We do not sign agreements with customers. We appreciate the honest reviews and your concern with removing them. " and I have not got anything back from them since. So I will be taking them to small claims court due to services not provided.

By exaggerating the findings, charging an exorbitant price and offering very little information to back up the reasoning. We had to press for information. That felt odd. BUT - they charge $139 to look at the vehicle then they do NOT waive that if you have the repairs done. Nothing illegal or unethical - just really BAD business strategy. And the final charge was WAY more than expected!! We found out later we would've saved a few hundred through our usual repair place. And it would've been guaranteed/warrantied. We only used Gary Johnson because of their reviews and the we thought the transmission needed specialized repairs. We should have stayed with who we trusted - we didn't know they did transmissions. So we will go back to Hometown Auto in Owasso. They are the absolute best, most honest around. And, they waive extra costs if repairs are done through them.

Updating my review: After calling in directly instead of…read moregoing through the Mazda dealership, I was able to get connected with Taylor hunter at the Tulsa location on skelly. I had been dealing previously with the integrity customs that only dealt with the Mazda dealership, and after they had my car for a week (I said take as much time as you need) they redid the entire car, staring from scratch, and fixed all of the issues. I am very confident this will be far better than my previous experience, because looking around the car the quality of the work is FAR better. Alex was the one who did the PPF job himself and he did an excellent job, and even went ahead and PPFd the headlights which weren't done previously. The workmanship is definitely high quality here and what I would expect. Taylor, the manager said they are looking into why the dealership location is doing such a poor job, so I would say go to the north location to have work done or redone, and avoid the dealership location at this time. Seriously happy with the job and quality done at this location. Far less seems, far better edges, nearly no imperfections. Exactly what I would have expected and super happy with the fix so far. I am confident Taylor and Alex will be able to handle any future issues with the job, but by the quality of the work really shows a stark difference from what I saw before and I am confident this job will last. Updating to 4 stars because the help I received from Taylor and Alex was 5 stars, but my previous experience was terrible with the other location, and I would have preferred this level of workmanship and professionalism from the start. Old review: Absolutely regret choosing this business to PPF and tint my new car. I have had to bring my car back maybe 8 times so far to have work redone. Every time I get my car back there are bubbles and debris stuck under the PPF, pretty much on every panel there are bubbles. The first time I had my bumper done they literally just put the PPF over dead bug remains. I was totally shocked. The trunk was done so poorly it had about 0.5" of material hanging off underneath it that I had to trim myself and then eventually bring the car back in for. PPF came up off the bumper multiple times, is now coming off the door and has about 10 bubbles/spots on the rocker panel all in the same place. When installing my rear tint they damaged the surround of my rear window in my convertible top, and despite that there are bubbles all over the window. I also just noticed there is liquid residue from the tinting that they got up and inside the view of my rain sensing camera. I have never had issues like this before and am genuinely so upset I trusted this business with my new car. I have clearly tried working with them several times but I should not have to come back once, let alone more than 5 times. Maybe this place would work for you if you are not particular but if you are detail oriented TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

In this case the old air filter was removed upon trying to start the unit before returning to Tulsa Holland Troy Bilt Manufacturer warranty store. The Mechanic implied the lawn mower equipment was used with out an air filter from the previous season which was installed by Tractor Supply. The warranty Mechanic voided the warranty but the sale service agent of the store did implied they were willing to do business.
