The customer pays them heftily just to get estimate. Done Right Chimney has done WRONG for me. The companies Yelp rebuttal clearly shows how they "script their scam". My 1st call I had to leave message then she called back. I then called with the Q about inspecting 2 other flues as option for proper estimate then a 3rd call I made to let her know I see on Yelp they do this and upset customers routinely. I never asked for an inspection nor a report, just an estimate. Obviously "the customer is never right " at done right chimney.

I had been told that my entire slate roof needed to come down...that it couldn't be fixed...that the structure would have to be moved...ect ect ect. Mitch Hawkins came in and said, "no problem!" He was responsive to my calls and very easy to get a long with. In three days he (with his dog, Roy) fixed my entire roof, stopped the leaking, and put in some gaurds to prevent further problems. On top of that, he cleaned my gutters and checked into some other things while he was up there. The end result came in under the estimate and it looks amazing!
