I hate being a bummer with a 2-star review, but 3-star is meant to be an average studio and to me, the experience has been below-average. Every single time, the lashes fall out early and it's not because of the natural lash cycle- when I find the loose lashes, there's no natural lash attached. So I know it's not because of my lashes naturally falling off over time. The glue here doesn't seem to match the quality I've found at other studios. Another important point with this studio is that they do not put a lash extension on every single lash. I think they must have some set number of lash extensions they'll use per eye- it doesn't matter if you have way more lashes if it's above their limit. I've noticed that they're not the studio where you can feel the artist slowly comb through your lashes to make sure they didn't miss any lashes. So for me, they tend to look fine for the first few days, but after that they look pretty sparse and I end up paying extra to get them professional removed and then I regret coming all over again. There's many glowing reviews for this studio so I may just be an unlucky customer, but I also noticed that they seem to have a lot of fake reviews being weeded out by Yelp. If you scroll down to the very bottom and click on the "X reviews not currently recommended", there's certain date ranges where tons of five-star reviews pour in (such as in August 2019) and the profiles only have 1 or 2 reviews. Obviously, these got flagged by Yelp already, but if that's a sign that this business is willing to compromise for clearly fake reviews, then it just makes me cautious about some of the other reviews on here.
