In the stone massage, they literally only massage you with the rocks. No hands. So it wasn't really as relaxing as we had hoped. However I do not think this is a reflection on the quality of their business at all. Just a personal preference. I had been to a few other med spas for consults and was a bit unnerved that they all recommending the most intense (and expensive) treatments first, so I found it refreshing that I could see Samantha's services menu and book online (though I'm sure had I done a consult, it would've been a great experience!). The waiting area is relaxing and Samantha is so kind and obviously knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I filled out a detailed questionnaire/form which Samantha referenced throughout our first meeting and asked questions and made recommendations based on my skin and any of the problems I wanted to fix (no one-size-fits-all approach).
