Throughout the following months, Thomas gave me a number of recommendations to help me with my case and to re-evaluate myself and put myself on the right path towards bettering myself as a person. As the months had ticked away towards my trial, Thomas made sure to check in and give me and my family any updates he had regarding the case whether it was with the courts or with the DMV. About halfway to my court date, Thomas argued my case to the DMV and won my case with DMV, and Thomas was able to secure my license back. Fast forward to today, my final verdict with the court was that both my DUI charges were dismissed and I only received a wet reckless with only a 12 hour class and paying a $300 fine. No Jail time, no license suspension, and no other penalties. The work I had put in during those months of waiting for my trial had paid off and I cannot express how glad I am Thomas had me start those meetings early on. I truly feel Thomas had prepared me for everything I was going to face in this trial and was by my side every step of the way making sure that I was on the right trajectory to get my second chance. Throughout the legal process, Thomas guided me every step, recommending a number of activities that are good for my case, and also helped me grow as a person. Thomas then used these activities and my growth in court as one of many reasons why the court should give me a second chance despite any mistakes I may have made. Thomas then asked the judge to divert and dismiss my case. The prosecutor strongly objected to this. But, amazingly, the judge believed and agreed with Thomas, and granted his request to divert and dismiss my case. Amazing but true, the court dismissed my case at his request! Thomas then filed a motion to seal any record of my arrest, the court granted as well! Thomas has a lot of faith. I found him to be a smart, trustworthy, honest, professional, compassionate and genuinely cared for me as a person. He got to know me and my family as well. I called the attorney he wanted to go with and didn't get a good feeling. I called 2 other law firms and again didnt get a good feeling. This would help him in court if need be. We got the run around from the scram place. They said he needed to be sentenced first. So I contacted Christopher and he gave me a womens name. I called the scram place back and got ahold of the women Christoper referred us to. She handled everything. He always kept us informed if he was running late due to being in another court room. He negotiated and did everything he could and got my fiance the best outcome. He was facing jail time due to his prior. He was able to get one case down to a wet and wreckless, 5 days community service with half time and the other case 10 days community service, with 3 months dui class. Regular court fees. All in all I'm 100% positive we got the best outcome. He knows his stuff and will fight to get the best outcome. He will go over the D.A to speak to the supervising D.A if need be. If you are looking for an attorney who can get you the best outcome Christoper is the best. Hopefully we never need his services again. But it's good to know we know someone we trust. Most upsetting was her being judgmental and untruthful. I very much felt she was judging me as being not in a social class level she approved . She told me she doesn't drive to take cases in my county, yet she told my mom she'd take the case . Additionally, it's listed on her website that she takes cases in this county. She told my mom $350 hourly is her rate. She told me it's $500 hourly. The worst part, she presents as though she is empathetic and yet she showed me zero empathy when I was forthcoming with her about the desperate situation I'm in and my case.

I am so thankful I found Sam as my lawyer. I called him in a desperate panic after being charged with felony embezzlement for thousands and thousands of dollars. He answered my phone call on the fist call and spoke to me in detail about what I needed to do, and how he could help me. I can't even tell you the fear and panic I was feeling at the moment but speaking to Sam, he calmed me and gave me hope that we could get through this, and that's exactly what he helped me do. He was there every single step of the way. It was a year long, painful process of court dates, years of jail time and charges hanging over my head, felony, multiple embezzlement charges, and more. In August of 2021 I was charged with a DUI in San Francisco. Well, Ashley is my third lawyer. The first two lawyers simply filed continuance after continuance, pushing it towards a trial. All three lawyers had access to the same set of evidence I provided, wrapped up in a pretty little Dropbox download link. I am pretty sure neither of them reviewed it. Ashley was recommended to me via my family law attorney, and I am so mad I didn't take their suggestion from the start. At the first meeting, she went over the incident in more detail than the previous two lawyers had. She proposed three different solutions and how she was going to get to them. She gave me realistic expectations and continuously checked in to let me know progress. My case is dropped, and I couldn't be happier. Don't think twice about hiring Tully and Weiss.

What is an issue is how they didn't fulfill their fiduciary duties. Inconsiderate to my life and time. So here's proof. For my 2016 conviction, I was suppose to serve 1 year in county jail which is a maximum of 365 days I had 323 days credit time served. When retaining David Chelsea's Law firm, I served 80 days in county jail. I was suppose to max out time served at 365 days so I did an additional 38 days. 365 - 323 = 42 I did 80 so minus 42 is an additional 38 days.
