At checkout, they charged me $45 without any explanation. Again, they didn't care about what was advertised or discussed ahead of time. I booked my appointment via Instagram. It was easy to do. You can call them as well. I think they have great prices too. It is Covid-safe as well and they have you wear a mask too. First visit: Instead of the natural-looking highlights I had asked for, I was left with uneven, dark brown patches. The technique was messy: the front looked like a random streak, the sides were inconsistent, and the back had barely any color. Second visit: I went back hoping the issue would be fixed. Instead, the front of my hair turned purple. When I expressed my concern, I was told, "It will fade in the sun or with a flat iron," which turned out to be completely false. This situation had a significant negative impact on both my appearance and confidence, especially since I interact with many people daily. I consulted several other professional salons, and they all agreed that fixing the uneven, multi-toned color would require a lot of time and money. I had no choice but to dye my hair dark again -- basically going back to square one, now with damaged hair. After several follow-ups, I was only partially refunded. The worst part was the unprofessional and disrespectful way my messages were handled. When I asked for the rest of my payment to be returned -- not even compensation for the damage -- I was accused of being overly persistent, having too much free time, and messaging because I'm "bored" or "unwell."
