Worse was my dryer stopped when I wasn't looking but kept counting down the time. I suspect it stopped with more than 15 mins left but kept counting down the time. The attendant refused to put more than the least amount of time ( 6 mins) and wanted me to come back to her each time to add 6 mins of clothes not dry! After the second time with clothes still damp .I just started to add my own money to save time and the headache. Won't be back.

It's very clean, the gentleman that was inside while I was there was wonderful to talk to, and the other customers there were very pleasant to talk to. The building is some sort of old restaurant with a drive through and outdoor patio. It seems that the building has served the purpose of a cleaners for some time now. The group of individuals operating Keene's is awesome! I've been in three times and each interaction has been pleasant. I had a tuxedo, suit, and two shirts dry cleaned here over the course of a week. They were ready for pickup within a day or two each time and the prices were very reasonable for the work being done. I will continue to go to Keene's for all of my dry cleaning needs!

Heated, I was past heated, but simply took the dresses and left. That was the last time, I will ever do business with this establishment...because they had my name and phone number and could have called, but did not.
