Upon entering the parking lot, I was a little concerned that there would be no machines available since the parking lot was full. Upon entering the laundromat, I realized there were PLENTY of machines available. The other thing I immediately noticed is just how CLEAN it is here. The floors were spotless! The washing machine prices range by size, but the one I used was $4.25 for a load and held about 30 towels for me. The only reason I knocked a star is because of the dryers. They are weak. After 25 minutes on the highest heat setting, my washcloths were still damp. The towels were still wet. However, I heard some other customers talking about how hot their dryer was, so I guess it's hit or miss with the dryers.

Only downside to some of the washing machines is where you fill the softener/detergent reservoir with laundry detergent and there is mold along the sides inside which looks like its been there for awhile and haven't been cleaned and kept clean. I often get clothes back just as dirty as I brought them in - even when I point out stains. I once had alterations done and they did a good job very quick. It was a last minute rush request and the woman was so nice to work with me and made sure I had my dress back in time for a formal event out of time. It was a two day turn around and I truly appreciate that. But I am often underwhelmed and disappointed with the appearance of my drycleaning when I get my clothes back. Chuck doesn't mind helping me or anybody else, taking my clothes out to the car, and bringing the cart back in so I don't have to. He is a real asset to the company , that's for sure. There needs to more working machines, so you don't have to wait, especially on the dyers.
