He was patient, answered questions well, and in general seems like an easygoing and kind person. We were very impressed with the prompt service. This business will pay cash at pickup for the vehicle, did not charge for towing, and were accepting of the car without the title on hand. Although I don't necessarily hope to need their services again, I would certainly turn to this business if in a similar situation again and really recommend them for making it such a streamlined process.
