After hiring them as our caterers, Jennifer provided a detailed schedule of check-in meetings, reassuring us the entire time that they valued our choices and ensuring that our selections were noted. For example, my husband and I are not big cake people, and we knew we wanted pie for our fall wedding instead. Not only was Jennifer delighted by something different, but she and her team came up with the most stunning and delicious pie table for our wedding, complete with pecan pie bites that we still drool over when we think of them to this day! They also worked with us to come up with the yummiest signature cocktails that all of our guests were raving about. And the food itself was AMAZING! The presentation alone was a knockout! I've had ladies game days and anniversary celebrations basically catered by the bountiful variety provided on a Graze party tray. I am a huge fan of being able to pick and choose a little bit of a variety of bites. Whether it's salty or sweet, crispy or soft, the different options make for a fun meal or snack. And, within reason, you can customise these trays with communication with the business. For example, my husband and I do not consume anything that contains alcohol including wine flavoured cheeses and such, and I communicated that to graze, they took care of it without a problem. One of the additional benefits of going with trays or catering from graze is being able to try locally sourced products and ingredients. Some of the breads, jams and honeys I've gotten on my trays have become favorites. I've been home, sick this week, and craving Grazing board. I wish they were closer to Harrisburg!!

They serve a buffet weekdays plus a salad bar and homemade desserts. They also will make to order sandwiches and have several varieties of soup daily. Additionally they have a few locations for their catering business. For the buffet you can pay one price and eat unlimited there - or pay by pound for take out. My coworker claims she gets lunch there daily for under $5 which I think is impossible. I see the portion she comes back with and there's no way it's that cheap. I get a modest portion and have never paid less than $7. I posted a pic of my latest meal which rang in at $8. The food is homecook-ish if that's even a thing. The hot buffet usually has a protein, a starch and one or two veggies plus a hot dessert. You can go online and see the calendar of what will be served except for Mondays. I believe that's when they serve whatever is leftover from catering jobs over the weekend. While the hot bar is good I can't say I've ever had anything that was exceptional. The cold salad bar is modest but has a nice selection including a few pasta salads and my favorite the red beet eggs. I will say the soups are exceptional and cheap. I had a sandwich made to order once and never will again. Today they had 6 soup selections it was a nice variety. The crab and corn soup I sampled was creamy and had pieces of real crab. It was a keeper. The ham/bean and the cheeseburger soup are also really delicious. Feel free to ask for a sample - they don't mind! The employees are nice and the place is spotless and comfortable for dining in. Pulling out and turning left is a bit of a challenge and they do keep strange hours. They are not open on Saturdays even. If you go call ahead to make sure they're open and make sure you check out the soup even if it's just to get a sample.
