came out gave me a great quote on trimming my elm tree off the roof of my home made an appointment with them and they showed up on time the first time unlike some of their competitors. They did a great job cleaning up and did not waste any time they actually did more then what I expected which for the price was a great asset and value to me. Gems trimmed 3 large trees today, 2 pines and 1 crab apple, and did a fantastic job. I've been in the house for 16 years and over the years have had other services, but Gems was by far has been the best in quality of service, price, and customer service. I found Gems Tree Service through Thumbtack. This review only allows me to choose three of five offered items that I liked about my experience with them, Professionalism, Value and Responsiveness. I was not able to choose Work Quality or Punctuality. These also apply to this company. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. I had a cottonwood tree that was over 40 feet tall, with electrical lines, very near my home and fence. My request for a quote was addressed the same day as my request and the quote was immediately available at the end of the appointment. My need was addressed promptly after accepting the quote, the team arrived on time, was extremely respectful of myself, my property and did a stellar job of removing the tree and area clean up when they finished. I can't say enough good things about this company and would and will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs tree service. read more
