It is unfortunate that your property initially came on the market with us at the height of the market in April, prior to a significant shift in your neighborhood and price point. Within 30 days of going on the market your neighborhood had a downward shift 34% in May and then in July another 24% downward shift. The communication was there. Myself and the team were in consistent contact and yes we were encouraging you to adjust the price to get in front of the declining market. It is fair to say that had we priced the property at the nearly 10% decreased rate that you ended up selling for, we would have sold it quickly and had great reviews as well.
