He also hung four paintings/artwork for me. He even repaired one of my drawers that were installed incorrectly. I didn't even know it but it was greatly appreciated. He cleaned the interior to ensure no mold would form, removed the wet drywall that I missed, replaced it, and painted & finished. By the end of the evening, my wall was as good as new. I also researched pricing with my co-workers beforehand (who were in the construction industry and certified in Xactimate) and he was right within the ballpark on pricing for labor and material. By September 2025, our bathroom and bedroom flooded, and an independent plumber confirmed it was a major plumbing/foundation defect that has likely been leaking sewage and water under our home since the foundation was poured. When we contacted LEVELTX again, they refused to take responsibility, even though these issues began and were reported during the warranty period. We now face significant damage that could have been prevented if the warranty work had been handled correctly. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and poor workmanship, and we urge anyone considering building with LEVELTX to be cautious. Documentation, invoices, and photos have been retained, and we are pursuing remedies under the Texas Residential Construction Liability Act.

Got a call 5 minutes later with them openly lying to me, claiming they went to Home Depot and they were closed, so now claiming they couldn't complete it that night. Home Depot closes at 10 pm. It is a nationwide chain and even I know this. I asked them which home depot it was and they refused to reply, while I could hear them typing on a laptop (meaning they were not at / had not gone to Home Depot at all.
