Also there was no hard sell or any upselling. Made for a very pleasant transaction. Once measurements were taken, Mike called me with an estimate and helped guide me through product selection and color selection with my needs and preferences. Workers arrived promptly on the day scheduled and they did a wonderful job. I appreciate that there are a generational family business so that I know in the long run there's somebody to turn to if I run into a problem. Price was fair compared to other bids. I first talked to Michael at Generation Flooring after talking to 3 or 4 other companies. He was the only one that got back to me promptly, was interested in the job, and didn't have any requirements of me, like I would have to grind off the pre- existing epoxy myself before they would put on the new epoxy. One company told me this, another I called 3 times and they never showed. Mikes son did the work for us. Prompt , dedicated and very meticulous . Amazing. The job was completed in 3 days as promised.
