TC Carpet care review from this mornings visit. Here is what he sent to me to give a review at this link - Hi Bonnie (ABRASIVE CLIENT:DO NOT BOOK) , thanks for trusting T.C. Carpet Care. We'd love your feedback here: - so here it is!!! Wow - abrasive??? Not sure abrasive is a word to use when I asked if he could avoid pulling the long hose around my lightweight furniture as he does not move furniture which seems common practice. So I had moved pieces onto my wood flooring and did not want them to move around possibly scratching our floors. He said he was not pulling just straightening it out - okay - I helped straighten it out for him. Never said another word on that. Asked if he puts the little wrappers under the furniture after I will move the furniture back onto the carpet - I have had this done before so thought it was usual. Said he might have some in the truck but never did it. Never siad he would not. As to attitude - never introduced himself and never told me done - would I like to look or instructions on how long to wait before walking, etc.? He kindly did move some of the pieces back but then did not show me he did and missed that I had moved a chair and told him I would move it back once he had done the rest of the rug - he never told me so now I have a part of the rug that was not cleaned. In the end not knowing how he felt about me and not having had a change to review his work and catch the issue and would have thanked him but he had on his earphones and was constantly answering phone calls which as a businessman I understand but never communicated with me again. I think he did a good job - but obviously is set in how he does it and not amenable to any concerns - but there was never a harsh word - even asked him about his family. Common courtesy I accorded and for a first time with a new company do not think I asked anything extraordinary - guess you can decide - but certainly I would NEVER use TC Carpet care again if what I asked makes him consider me abrasive. read more

TC Carpet did a move-out cleaning of my carpets...great job all around. The pricing info was clear and easy online, followed by a call and appt set-up the next day. They gave me a 'heads-up' call when they were on the way, and did a great job with carpets in a house with 2 dogs. Carpets looked great and fur-free. read more

Called T.C. Carpet Care. Told them how many rooms and square feet for each and what I needed. They provided an estimate and scheduled an appointment after I approved. Jermaine, one of their technicians, confirmed the appointment via text within a few minutes after the phone call. Jermaine texted me prior to the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and set up. Got rid of all the small marks and stains that we had in 3 rooms and was out of there within an hour. Good folks. I recommend them highly. read more

Tom and his crew did an outstanding job with our carpet cleaning and refinishing our floors. I thought these floors would not be able to be saved. He and his team were not only able to salvage them but also to make them look amazing. They were very timely in their workand were incredibly detail oriented. TC Carpet Care I recently looked on the Internet for a local company that could provide some direction and advice regarding a VERY poor carpet install done by Lowe's subcontractors (be wary). I really lucked out in contacting this company as Tom, the owner, IS very knowledgeable regarding proper carpet installation and spent a fair amount of time with me sharing his expertise explaining exactly what was done incorrectly or poorly during my carpet install. Then upon my query, Tom directed me to resources and steps that I could utilize to get this matter resolved. I really was in the dark as to how to proceed and Tom steered me in the right direction. All this with no charge! Tom is both a knowledgeable business professional as well as a very nice guy! Depending on the resolution of my poor carpet install, I may be utilizing his services to re-install my carpet correctly! read more
