Our family was only 1 of 5 to be turned away in the less than 5mins we were there and We usually prefer to shop/support local businesses but I guess that doesn't work if the business doesn't want to stay open... looks like we're headed to Columbia. It caused a flashback with the vet that I was with. There was an employee nearby who came right over to see if we were okay. I explained what was going on and she kept asking if she could do anything. Unfortunately, there isn't, ya can only wait it out. She still came back with a cup of cold water. I have always loved Kohl's, but this level of compassion is awesome; especially when we're used to people avoiding or looking at us weird when things happen.

One employee I saw was being very rude and degrading to her peer who seemed to be a lot younger than she was! This is not acceptable!! Another thing I saw was the beauty manager not helping her customers in beauty!! All she does is just sit on her phone and ignore her customers!! People this is not okay!! One good thing about this store is the kind people up on the registers, Oliviyah and Sue. They are the most sweetest girls ever!! Such great employees!! They are always so kind and respectful towards their customers and always give the best help they can offer!! Give those young ladies a raise!!
