Tiff is the piercer here, she is so nice, welcoming, she's beyond great! She made the process fast and easy, which for me, a 15 year old then was great. At the end of the process I felt light headed and felt like throwing up. Right away Tiff told me to slowly lie down, she said since I got up too quick it made me feel like that. Tattoo artists also came in to check on me and gave me water. Their service is way, way beyond 5 stars! After a couple of months later, I got it my piercing infected. It wasn't terrible, you could tell it was barely infected. I contacted them through Facebook Messenger and they responded and recommended a treatment, worked perfectly. I would 100% go back!!!

I was directed to the website where it was easy to arrange an appointment, and that appointment happened to be with the owner of the establishment. Once I got there for my appointment, I was in awe of the interior decor as well, which was really nicely decorated and had a very cool indoor plant garden, of sorts. I was greeted very professionally, and then was shown all the options available for my dermal piercing, which was fantastic! I didn't realize I would be given such a massive selection to choose from, which got me really giggity lol. It took me a few minutes, but I made my selection and then proceeded to wait in the lobby until I was called. It was there that I became more in awe- especially after seeing his pressed penny machine. I have literally never walked by a pressed penny machine without choosing to partake, so that was RAAAAD! Now, I don't want to think about my age hahaaa but it's been at least 20 years since my last piercing. Clay was VERY thorough in letting me know all the details about THIS type of piercing, which I didn't previously know. Apparently- dermals WILL eventually work their way out, which didn't make me change my mind- but can certainly sway others against it. Was looking for tattoo removal in the Kansas City area, and of course saw numerous spas offering…read morethis - which is why it peaked my curiosity to see that a tattoo shop offered it. Came in, and Tony with his no-pressure attitude actually suggested that we tried to save it by having another tattoo artist glance over it. But after a few back and forth conversations, we decided it was best just to laser it and lighten up for a cover up, I may pursue down the road. While Tony does have numerous machines at his disposal, unfortunately he isn't able to remove greens/blue. But, this shouldn't matter since the average person's tattoo, that they are trying to remove is black - and not really a concern for me - as I plan to cover it up with saturated color. Being a veteran, him being methodical and precise - comes second nature to Tony. And being precise is something that is necessary when I'm only looking to laser a portion of my tattoo and not the entire thing. While you probably could get the same outcome at a local medical spa, why spend literally 5x the amount, when you can get the same results at Minus 1 Tattoo.
