They charged $190 for work and on top of that $60 for a service fee. The parts for a small leak was $150.00. I'm so angry at them, will never use them again. I had used them for several years and thought their costs were getting out of the realm of reasonable. This latest was over the top. I'm done with with company. Bye Felicia. Only gave them one star so I could post this review.

I really wanted to like this business, (very friendly techs!!) but I just can't overlook some…read moreissues I've had with them. Last year they installed a new water heater. The tech (I was told it was the manager) not only dropped the unit upside down in my driveway, but then went ahead and installed it, dents and all. I naïvely let it go, since everything was under warranty. Fast forward to last week (almost a year to the week), I finally called them again for service, after noticing the wet grout and rust/water stains around the bottom of the tank. It had obviously been occurring for quite a while. (FYI our tank is behind a barrier, I rarely look at it.) Techs came, said unit needs replaced because it is a cheap brand, and it's under warranty, but I will have to pay the labor charges which would amount to $425. Are you kidding me? I'm sorry, No. Luckily my father was there, and he decided to take a look at it. As it turns out, since I have a rather small tank, the pressure release pipe gets used a lot, and was not properly crimped. so it was just spraying hot water all over the place. How did a qualified experienced technician miss that more than once? I really like the guys that came out, they were very polite and very friendly. And they didn't put too much pressure on me. But missing something simple like that, and having a labor charge of over $400 is a little ridiculous. Also when I called to ask if someone could come out and just crimp that line for me, I was told it would be $135. My husband went out and bought a crimper at Lowes for $25. boom, done. Well now I need work done on my air conditioning unit, and I'm afraid I just don't trust them enough. I wish I could say better of them. The positives are that the service techs were nice and prompt, and that they helped me grow up and learn to ask a lot of questions and not to take shoddy work as acceptable.

He turned a $2500.00 job into a $14,000 job by convincing us it was the only way to restore power. After checking with the local electrical inspectors office and our insurance company, it was clear they had scammed us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It was clear the guy did this all the time. He had it down. Responding to Mr Sparky's response. Your estimator never provided a quote to simply reconnect our electric service. Why? Because your employee lied. He didn't educate us, he lied to us. He said there is no way a simple reconnect would be approved. That was a lie. Since then you have sued us and included a bad check fee of $17,000 because your staff bullied my wife and children. I have all the emails and proof. We were in a vulnerable situation and your employee took advantage of us. His name is Brett Gamble. We have all the emails and proof. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY BUSINESS.

Thank you Yelp. Thank you Chris Keely !…read more I was interested in retrofitting parking lot lighting to LED and was at a loss at where to start. I searched Yelp for highly rated vendors and found my way to ERMCO, Inc. (an employee owned company by the way). My contact at ERMCO is Chris Keely and he went above and beyond any reasonable service expectation. He not only educated me on the process, the preferred fixtures, his Company's pricing and service strategy, but also explained the expected electricity savings. For me, understanding the ROI/pay-back period was a key decision point to go ahead with the project. Chris took a very practical "owner" perspective to the project. I felt like I was working with a partner, not a vendor who was squeezing as much profit out of the project as he could. Rather, he took the longer view of a relationship over time and explained their pricing and material costs without any pressure. Lastly, Chris stayed involved from the first phone call to completion of the project which made life so much easier. If you are looking for an electrical expert, do yourself a favor and call ERMCO.
