This past year I was in a catastrophic accident at work that left me in pretty bad shape. After I was released from the hospital my recovery required several therapy's almost every day of the week. Initially, I was having a hard time getting consistent quality ride services to get me to my therapy's on a daily basis. I was lucky if anyone even showed up to take me at times. Finally, after numerous requests for a ride service change, I came across Genesis Executive. At first, I simply noticed the quality of the vehicles were very luxurious and very well maintained with a courteous driver that was showing up on time. That alone made me request them for all of my services from there on out. However, I quickly learned they do the things you expect from a ride service exceptionally well and then they set themselves even further a part with a personalized experience unlike any other. Now, after utilizing their services for nearly a year at this point, I can say they have become so much more than just a ride service to me. They consistently went above and beyond for me. For instance, my workers comp insurance was not approving my rides for some unknown reason here and there. They still took care of me and figured out their payment from insurance later. That's unheard of level of commitment. All of my drivers across my time with them have been amazing, but I want to specifically point out my primary driver, Cody, who has been nothing short of exceptional. There have been so many instances that she would go above and beyond helping me with a personal errand here and there since it was already hard enough to get around when her only real obligation was to pick me up and drop me off from therapy. This really allowed me to have some sense of normalcy. After getting to know her over this past year, I truly consider Cody a good friend and a great support for what she has done for me. I can't thank her enough. She is a special individual that has made my life so much better during the hardest time of my life. I would also like to thank, Lynnea, the owner of Genesis Executive. Her help and support as the owner has made my recovery transition back to everyday life much easier as well. If you're looking for a professional and dependable car service these guys are it. Booking was easy. I didn't have to navigate a confusing app or deal with an automated phone service. You can call direct to book your ride. I rode in a brand new beautiful Chrysler 300. It was immaculate inside and out. My driver was extremely friendly, well spoken, and made me feel very pampered. He Loaded/unloaded my luggage for me and opened and closed the car doors. I will never use a dirty cab company or deal with creepy Uber or Lyft drivers again. I look at some of these other reviews and wonder what went on. All I can say is that, many years ago I had a not-so-great experience with Genesis, but put that down to the change of ownership I was aware of at that time. I came back to Genesis a couple of years ago, and I think have used them at least six times since. Sometimes for my DIA business trips from Loveland; sometimes for my wife and me; a couple of times for our three sons and us. All of these trips have been characterized by the most professional service, responsive communication, great cars, and friendly drivers. Please read this before you book. It took me awhile to write this review. DISAPPOINMENT is not even a good enough word. We got married on May 7th, 2022. We hired this company to drive us. My husband had booked them until 2:00 as our our ceremony was at 12:00. We made time to get pictures for an hour then head to our reception. All 15 of us plus spouses as well as my mother got on this bus after our wedding. We went to take pictures which I cut short because we had ran 20 minutes late with the ceremony. We go to get on the bus and the driver LEFT US THERE, STRANDED! I cannot make this up nor would I make this up. She said nothing! She just left with our belongings IN the bus. ALL OF OUR PURSES... EVERYTHING! Not to mention my mom who has MS had her MEDICATION in the bus! When we called she said we only booked them until 1:00. She stated was not coming back. We had to call ubers to start taking people to our wedding that we spent $40,000 for! My husband was pissed and had every right to be.  They actually hung up on him! I had to call from my phone and basically beg them to come back! She was all the way in Loveland but I had no choice because all of our stuff was on the bus. Finally hours late we got to our reception. This is time we paid for with 4 photographers and videographers as well as our friends and family that we will NEVER get back. EVER! Not only did this really happen but we got a phone call Monday morning as we were getting off the plane in Hawaii to call them asap. I called because I wanted to speak to someone. No answer but we got a text to call back at 9am. Knowing we are on our honeymoon. Samantha that left the vm even said she knew we were on our honeymoon. I text back and said absolutely and they can text me right then, otherwise they are no longer welcome to call or text that number again. What does this company do? They EMAIL an appointment for a meeting about a bill for 9 am Wednesday morning. I replied letting them know my thoughts on court. Mind you they were paid in full long ago. They also text my husband BEFORE the ride asking about a tip? Who does this? Okay you want a tip? Here is a few... 1. Courtesy - You don't just leave a wedding party and say absolutely nothing. Let's just say for your sake we were out of time (which we were not) why would you not say to myself or my husband you are out of time if you want me to stay it is going to be $--- amount? Or let us know you can't stay and let us get our stuff. 2. You knew our stuff was in the limo because you put it all together in the big bag. DO NOT ever do this. Like I stated you had my mother's MS medication! If something had happened to her I would have called the police and pressed theft charges. 3. Do not text someone about a tip, especially before the service. That is just flat out tacky 4. A company should never harass someone on a honeymoon... what the heck, who does this. You were paid in FULL a month before the wedding. 5. The driver said she tried to get communication but couldn't when I called her to beg her to come back. Not one time did this driver try to communicate with me. I cannot read someones mind, to communicate you have to open your mouth. All pics are attached for proof. You almost ruined our wedding and on top of it you cost us priceless time with our friends and family. Do NOT book with this company! Only getting one star, because that is the only way a review could be written. I guess I should have read the other reviews before selecting this service, because it was awful. Reserved well in advance two cars to get 10 people to a wedding. I even got calendar request confirmations. One vehicle (a SUV) shows up. They don't know if another car is coming, my assumption was they would arrive at the same time as we all have a wedding to be at, at the same time. The driver doesn't bother to call and ask about a second vehicle just proceeds to tell us if we all can fit in this SUV he can take us all. Not willing to take our chances and in an effort to arrive at the wedding on time we piled in. Three people sitting on other people's laps, adults and children, ridiculous and so unsafe. The driver has no clue where we are going. We have to Google it to give him direction. ARE YOU SERIOUS!! You picked us up. What are we paying for, just the ride. When we arrived I asked if I settle the bill up then or when we got the ride home. HE DIDNT KNOW!! He had to call the office which proceeded to cut my time short to get to a seat in time for the wedding. NO DISCOUNT even offered for the inconvenience. To boot you have to give them a tip. Their options for tip start at 20%, no option to customize or not leave a tip if you are paying with a credit card. Bull crap! NO TIP DESERVED! I proceeded to call the service to ensure the ride back would be taken care of with two vehicles. Lady told me she would have to check with her manager as the manager was the one who took my reservation and get back to me. No return call, had to call again before the receptions started. I was told there would indeed be two cars there to pick us up. Well, guess what?! Driver called who dropped us off said he was in front to pick us up and that he wasn't sure if they called to tell me, but he was our only ride home. Again furious...we piled in, unsafe, no seatbelts on 4th of July weekend. The driver was taking curves at 70 miles a hour and several times was over the white line. I'm grateful to have arrived to and from safely, but that is all I'm happy about. WILL NEVER use this service again. Would rather walk where I'm going...YES even 23 miles if I had to. One of the drivers after my ride told me there was a $5 sub charge due to me having my medical alert dog with me, Acorn way to the Ada it's against federal and state law to charge an extra fee for a service animal these are not pets these are medical equipment and handlers are allowed to have service dogs with them at all times in public places and businesses I think the staff and owner should update their staff and know the laws a little bit better and I would love to educate and talk I love it more about the Ada laws that way we have a better understanding for next business terms read more

Great ride from Johnstown to Hampton Inn near DIA, would've been much better if he had taken me to the correct Hampton Inn. At the beginning of our trip, when I asked if he knew to which hotel we were headed, I should have assumed that he heard "63rd and Tower" when I said "40th and Airport Way". Do not book with this company! If I could give zero stars, I would. I was in Ft. Collins for a difficult stay during which my mom passed away. All I wanted was a quiet and peaceful ride back to DIA. It wasn't to be. The driver showed up WAY too early so I had to tell him to come back at the correct time as I wanted to spend as much time as possible with my grieving father. He wore sweat pants, a ratty visor and a sweater absolutely covered in cat hair.... I couldn't believe it! He left me standing on the driveway while he got behind the wheel, not even opening a door for me. When I just stood there staring, he rolled down his window and said I could get in any of the seats. I did not have the luxury of time so I was committed to taking this service or I would have sent him away again. He had not had a shower which was evident within 10 minutes. He talked non-stop about people quitting which made him work 12 hour shifts, getting stopped because he speeds and the cops only give him warnings, his arena football and not getting paid very much. I gave one word answers or not and all and after a while, I just ignored him. I emailed the company within 20 minutes of the ride to tell them of my dissatisfaction and to please contact me Monday. They did not. I travel frequently and this is not a company I will ever use again. read more

I have never used a car service before and because of that I wanted to be thorough to make sure there werent any miscommunications on either side. I spoke to several companies with higher reviews, but they all made me feel like I couldn't read their website or was ignorant, until I called to Samantha with Genesis Excutive Transportation! Not only was she extremely polite and answered my questions without insinuating I was dumb as a rock, but she walked me through my options without once getting annoyed. One of the best pieces of advice I've ever recieved is this. If you do a good job for someone, count on them telling 1 other person, but do a bad job for someone and count on them telling 10 people about it. I will always recommend Genesis Excutive Transportation to anyone, and I want it to be clear that I recieved exactly nothing in exchange for this review, they just impressed me that much! I never have to wait a single minute for my driver when I booked with an appointment. Every driver I have encountered has been a fantastic but the one that stands out the most is jada! If I could give negative stars I would. My friend visited from China. The hotel called Genesis for her and a cab driven by a tall white young man arrived. He asked for $187 for a round trip to Denver, CO from Fort Collins. She said it was too much and they negotiated to $135, she paid cash and they left. From the time the cab came to the time they left was less than 10 min. On the way the driver called someone and told my friend that he could not reduce the charge and insisted on $187. She gave him another $102 cash. She therefore paid a total of $237. He did not have change and said the extra $50 would be a guarantee for the return service and it would paid back to her later. On the way, they agreed that he would pick her up around 3:40- 4 pm in Cherry Creek Mall (where he dropped her off). They arrived at 11:25 am in Denver. He said that he would drive elsewhere and return later to drive her back. Around 4 pm, she called him but he would not answer. She thought her phone did not work and called someone else. The phone worked. He never came. She had to pay another cab to get back to Fort Collins. A few days later, she had to return to China and asked me to call the driver. I called and left multiple messages on the driver's cell phone and received no return calls. I then called their manager, she spoke nicely but said the driver waited for 40 min and this was why there was a charge. This was not true and I told her that my friend came out right after the cab came. She then said she needed to speak to the driver and would call me back. Two days later, no call and I called her again. She gave another excuse for the extra charge of $50 and I told her it was not true because I spoke to my friend with all details. She then admitted that she had not spoken to the driver and would call back. Never called back. They cheated $50 out of her!!! Is this the way to treat international visitors? Is it worthwhile to lose your decency for $50? Is it the way to earn a bad name for the US and for your business? read more
