Just "Sorry, we'll schedule you for a later shuttle if you want." REALLY? At 5:00 am? People don't get on a 5:20 shuttle because they want to. They choose that time do they can get to their flight on time! Totally unacceptable. Luckily, the Groome shuttle was still there and the stranded passengers were able to get on that.
