I've always been nervous that would happen to us again. But, with Grant Professional Car and Limo, they sent a large black full sized SUV that easily fit all our luggage plus nobody had to sit with a suitcase on their lap. The driver also called the night before to confirm pickup time, which was reassuring. I also found their cost to be significantly more reasonable than any of the other companies I looked at. On the day of my wedding, they were more than 30 minutes late to pick up 15 of our guests because they went to the wrong address. In fact they were so late my guests had to buy Ubers to my wedding (not a cheap Uber ride either, so embarrassing). As a result, my wedding was delayed by 30 minutes and ended up ruining our day-of timeline overall. I should have seen it as a red flag that Tad wanted payment in cash or check upfront. Any other time I would have cancelled my credit card payment, since he didn't deliver on services I paid for. Don't be fooled when Tad sweet talks you over the phone. This is disreputable company who I can't imagine will be in business much longer. Do yourself a favor: pay a few hundred bucks more with another company, and get peace of mind that you won't be totally ripped off and your night ruined.

My sister ended up having many conversations with Tad the week leading up to my event after all the negative reviews online to make it known that we were aware of their rep and wouldn't entertain it. While the bus wasn't the cleanest (stuff had been splashed on the seats, the windows were smudged and grimy with God knows what, and the ac was leaking inside the bus), it wasn't bad and our night ended up great. Our driver, Kathy, was amazing! My sisters phone fell behind the seats and she couldn't get it. Between our first and second stops, Kathy was able to get her phone out. If I could give them a 3.5 I would based on Kathy. Overall, would we choose them again? Possibly. The price wasn't bad but I firmly believe my sisters continued calls are what saved us from a terrible experience with this company.

In initial…read moreconversations, the company said that there would be a private driver that would reach out to me day of the event to coordinate everything and make sure timelines were still good. I explicitly told them multiple times that we had to exit by 11:30 PM because that's whenever we no longer had access to the venue in Lyons, Colorado and they listed that time in the contract. At about 10:45, I'd never received a communication from our driver, so I reached out in the driver informed me that he would not be arriving until about 1 AM. That left us scrambling at the last possible moment to figure out a way to make our final departure. While we did get our money back, we are still obviously incredibly frustrated with the service that phat limo (didn't) provide. For $900, you think we would at least be able to get some sort of communication or a offer of another vehicle to take care of our final departure for our wedding. If you need a company that can be prompt, professional, and communicative to any potential delays, please stay far away from phat limo.

They don't answer their phone, they take 3-5 WEEKS to return an email, and when you finally do get in contact, they can't schedule you for the requested weekend because surprise!! It has been a month since you requested it and they filled it! We thought we had found a compromise when they allowed us to use our Groupon on their Saturday bus tour. Nope! After getting a response back three weeks later to our request for confirmation, they said they had no record of us being on the bus tour. With three days before this is supposed to happen, of course. So, we will be getting our money back from Groupon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. This place should be ashamed of themselves for their complete incompetence.
