This company was off the charts. I'd give them 10 stars! They picked me up at 3 am. to catch an early international flight and I missed my flight due to not finding my passport on me. No fault of theirs at all. I called them to see when they would be back at DIA to take me home and the dispatcher, Matt, sent a van over right away at NO CHARGE! Blew me away with kindness. Surprisingly disappointing. I live 6.1mi from the Longmont hub and needed a residential pick-up to the airport. I thought this was a sure thing since I was so close and within the area codes advertised for pickup. When I called, the agent could only comment how I was WAY...WAY...WAY out of the pickup range and asking for unreasonable request. She must have repeated it 5-6 times. 6.1 mi away is unreasonable for a company who's product is airport shuttle services? Greed Ride should focus a bit more on helping customers with solutions rather than focusing on ways not help. $47 for 2 people on GreenRide. $50 for an Uber...and Uber is happy to get my business without the upfront hassle. read more

This company is one of the best and have been using them for years. Great prices, communication from the drivers before pickup, and always have been able to adjust to travel plans as they change. I can't say enough great things about Green Ride. I worked with Grace Alexander for a wedding shuttle from the Hampton Inn to Lionscrest in Lyons for 80+ people for my daughter's wedding September 10. They were very prompt And professional. Offered all of the guests water both directions and made things comfortable and easy. I had so many people thank us for setting this up so they did not have to drive and complemented each of the drivers. Thank you. On another note I have taken green ride twice from Longmont to DIA and had James both times who also was professional very friendly and made the ride stress-free. No other way to go when it is only $20 from the hub and $12 for any additional riders with you. When Super Shuttle discontinued its service to Longmont I was concerned because I travel a lot and rely on great shuttle service. I need not have worried because Greenride far supersedes all shuttle services I use nationwide. The drivers are always clear, stone cold sober ( sorry in big cities I sometimes get a whiff of booze from driver) which makes me not want to get in shuttle. Here in Longmont the Green Ride drivers and clear, coherent, friendly and great energy and attitude. They always offer you a water bottle and are tuned in. Punctual. Clean Vans! Very service oriented they always help me with my bags. I'm fond of all the drivers but my favorite is Laura. She always goes the extra mile to ensure all is well. Also, I am deaf which can make it difficult to communicate clearly, these wonderful drivers and especially Laura are always patient and clear doing whatever necessary to make sure I understand what's going on. Other service leave me in the dark which can be stressful when traveling. I have many guests and don't own a car, I am always happy to refer them to Green Ride to get to airport. I know they will be well taken care of. My only suggestion is minor tech stuff I feel can be easily fixed. Often the website doesn't take my debit card and I have to pay cash. I know there is money on card it's just a weird little thing. Also, I have been told by several Of my hearing friends there is one receptionist who is difficult to understand and seems to struggle to understand specifics. The shuttle itself is a good way to get to the airport from Longmont, and I will say they've been a good company to use. The only thing that doesn't rate them as a 5-star in my book is their resistance to dropping off and picking up in Erie. It's not really out of the way folks, but would be really helpful. Particularly on those very early morning and/or late-night rides. As for the company, the drivers I've met have been wonderful, the reservations are normally easy to make and the rides have been pretty comfortable. They even waited a few extra minutes after a nightmare day traveling (canceled flight, direct trip became a stop over with a very long delay, a late afternoon arrival became a late night arrival, an so on). read more

Disputed Charges; Grace has been ignoring our multiple requests for refunding credit for two cancellations. She promised, then did nothing. Multiple phone calls, multiple "I'm working on it" from Grace / Greenride. Don't trust this company, check your credit statement. I used Green Ride Longmont with a residential pick up at 6:30 am and found the experience very pleasant. The driver was cordial and quite professional, calling me 15 minutes before he picked me up at my door. I have enjoyed greenride services since they opened, however this last ride was a horrible experience, the driver was so choppy in his driving that I got severely carsick, he would accelerate hard then let off gas then accelerate hard. He would also break abruptly way to wary then wait and hit the brakes hard again. It's really unfortunate because my past experiences have been very courteous and good drivers. If I could give them a zero star rating it would still be too high. I scheduled for a 5:00 am pickup at my house. I verified with the desk person twice to ensure he had 5 am on the following Monday. They called the day before to verify the time. But they never showed. When I called they eventually answered and said they thought it was 5 pm. They said I could take the 7am shuttle but I would certainly miss my flight. I drove myself but I almost missed my flight. In the future I will drive myself and pay parking as it will be less stressful than using them. read more
