FROM Rachel Koster, PA, to Brisa, her nurse, to Sean in Radiology to the lab team, Nyssa & all of the front desk staff - these people always deliver first-rate care. They are friendly, excellent listeners & pros at their jobs. Wait times to see Rachel or any of the technical service providers are negligible. I have gotten in to see a PA THE SAME DAY that I called. That is very rare at a physician's office! I cannot recommend this fine clinic highly enough!!! read more

My husband & I love our primary doctor - Dr Krause. He's just the best & most wonderful doctor. He just moved his office to the Vision Park location. The front desk department staff are so rude. I cannot give this medical group a low enough rating. Called for a billing problem and they returned my call a week later. Charged me twice for the same visit. They suck. Noncaring, incompetent and obnoxious are just a few words that come to mind. Stay away from these people, as far away as possible. They are good at one thing...Billing...OVERBILLING! First off, let's be straight up- the other folks on here that gave this practice POOR reviews - were absolutely correct! I should have never gone to them, figure eh.. some people have bad reviews. Well, this practice has well deserved bad reviews. Yes, follow up and taking directions is terrible, 4 contacts to get a script called in, then when switching kept sending the wrong script even after HEB Pharmacy (great customer service) contacted them to rectify it. Every call goes to voicemail, and per other reviews, they only go through their app and messaging. What good is messaging if the doctors does not pay attention to the message? Also, does not even know how to make a call to fix the issue? Its hard to find good medical care today. These new doctors may be smart? But they seem to have very little relationship coaching. I could tell on my first appointment, the doctor was not listening to me , just trying to impress me with her medical acumen that she learned in school. Even with tests, I asked for a specific test, and after the test was done- I was told "we don't do that test here" - Really??? Adios.. it's worth spending more time finding a better doctor, folks, And now, after wasting my time, I am going to have to see another doctor just for a script refill. My husband had his first appointment here yesterday and never saw the doctor! He ran down to the car and of course got called back to the exam room, so I called him said hey they just called you he was back within a minute I knocked on the door and the lady said take a set (in the lobby) I'm thinking you were just ready for him now your not? So when she came back to open the door she called in the only other person out in the lobby instead of my husband! We left I'll find him another doctor! The employee's we did see weren't friendly and definitely didn't look happy. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Pickard at Genesis for about 3 years. While Dr Pickard is outstanding, the communication and lack of follow up with the staff is worse than going to the VA. The call center is in Costa Rica and did I mention that Genesis is owned by one person, not a group. Just one rich guy who's getting richer. ordered a swallow study over six months ago. I had to follow up after two months of waiting for them to follow up to tell me where it is that I needed to report for the study and I was given a telephone number. I called the telephone number and it was a limousine company many many weeks to get a and I was given the same number again, which wrong number. After finding out where I was supposed to go for the study, I found the telephone number on my own and made the appointment myself. After the study was completed and the results were sent to again never did any kind of follow up with me so I had to make another appointment just to find out The results of the study. At that time I was informed they didn't even have the results. I really am done with . I wish would quit and go to work for a legitimate company. The staff is lazy. They literally have nothing to do but sit and talk to each other at the front desk. And it's impossible to reach anybody directly. no wonder why the waiting room is always empty. I've been attending at Creekside and love Megan Craig. I went to Shawn Sepassi for HRT and when I go the visits are usually quick. I've had billing questions for over a month and have called three times and left a message and sent two emails through the portal with an outline of what was billed and what the EOB states. I've had no follow up from my repeated outreaches. I don't want to go in for my lab work because I'm afraid that they won't see me without paying the amount due. read more

So, I went to the Genesis Medical Group Huntsville, TX location on Nov. 11. I am a decorated combat veteran in their office ON VETERAN's Day and was treated with contempt, condescension and disrespect by their doctor. Everyone else there was great so I figured it was just the doctor. I spent the entire next day pulling up every online review site I could find and so far it's up to 27 sites. I left a scathing review on this doctor at each site but left Genesis out of it. The last place I visited was on their website to let them know I withdraw my consent given on their intake process. I got a call yesterday from a lady asking me if there was anything they could do to make it right. After talking with her I agreed to come in and see a nurse practitioner. So I get there for my appointment today only to be told that I would be charged again for a new office visit. I laughed and left the office. I am astounded that they would charge me for a new visit after practically begging me to come back. So, to sum up, I was treated with utter contempt and disrespect by the doctor on veteran's day while wearing a Desert Storm Veteran ball cap in the office then the office manager called to apologize and ask for a second chance and when I came back then wanted to charge me AGAIN. We make very good money so the 25 dollar copay is not the issue. The issue is that after the way I was treated the first time and the fact that I left without the prescription that I went in to get I'm not inclined to pay again. Their intake is all done online and they charge you before you even get there. When I went back two days later they had me answer a bunch of the same stupid crap electronically on a pad they handed me. To sum up, very irritating place with a horrible doctor. Avoid at all costs no follow up. Send wrong information out. Bad service delays treatment then blames on insurance who approved with a few hours called and left a message advising of same. Over 10 days and I'm still having to call the office and ask for my labs and diagnosis code be sent to the specialty pharmacy verified numbers, pharmacy has called I have called they could have filled same day and have everything ready to go but for Genesis medical. Just imagine how screwed you'd be in an emergency I'm now out of my meds!!!!! read more

It was raining so the precious doctors and their wimp staff couldn't be bothered to come into work, bless their stupid, pathetic, zero work ethic little hearts. These dolts were also too dumb to change their outgoing message to at least alert patients that their offices were closed. Idiots, all of them! Awful experience as a potential employee. CEO of the New Braunfels clinics, Randy Scussel, offered me a job in April. In the meantime, I referred to him at least 8 employees and several providers. At the last hour, he states they aren't hiring for my position any longer. A week later the job is posted on Indeed, a job site. Dirty business. read more

This business acquired NW Diagnostics last year. Front receptionists appeared to be fired. Replaced with less than friendly ones Old Lab techs looked like they were replaced Lab messed up my work and I had to do a redo Lab billing appears to be messed up again. As a person who received a previous Biote pellet, I would recommend not to allow this procedure to be done with Terri Samuel or Jessica. I was very dissatisfied with the services. I spent $400 and the procedure and did not work considering I have had this procedure before. I spent money to get a new consultation with a new doctor and had the correct procedure done and it worked. I am not saying the Doctor's at this clinic are not good for other medical procedures but don't waste your time getting the Biote. read more

The doctors in this office are good doctors with a bad process. When you enter the facility for an appointment expect to wait anywhere from 20-45 minutes in the waiting room to see your physician. The ladies at the front are not as friendly except for a blonde with glasses. People who are going to the doctor would like to see smiley happy faces. The facility has full services like a lab for your bloodwork, and X-ray ultrasound services. The convenience of having them in the office is a plus however an appointment is worthless at the facilities. I was scheduled for an early appointment and noticed multiple employees arriving into work rushing after the time I'm sure they were scheduled. If you want your employees to be in earlier than schedule them or push your patients schedule later. The attitude of anyone working here is questions are not welcome. If questioning the process or questioning wait time the comments are unprofessional. I understand that every facility is different and every patient has complex questions however the patient scheduling is unacceptable in my opinion. If you would like a great doctor and don't mind being treated unprofessional by all the staff but the doctor and his direct nurses then go here. If you use the facility and notice an issue I encourage you to speak up so the situation is fixed. Big practices seem to lose the people aspect and this is one. Overall the two stars were for my physician not for the staff that hands people paperwork on a clipboard with their sad faces. read more
