Over a year ago, I went to see Dr. Panchal to inquire what my options were to help with my biggest insecurity, my heavy-ish thighs. I had looked online at before and after pics and assumed he would suggest a thigh lift. He told me that a thigh lift would not give me the results I wanted and suggested lipo. I thought it was strange as I figured that would only leave empty skin hanging (picturing a deflated, stretched out balloon). During the consult, he started discussing other areas he could do lipo on and then do a fat transfer into my buttocks (BBL), to help (reshape me), my stomach being one of them. I asked if he would need to do a tummy tuck(because again I am thinking if you suck out the fat, what happens to the skin) and he felt of my stomach and said the muscle was tight enough and I would not need that, only lipo. Somehow I was now discussing things I never knew I needed/wanted. During the consult, I mentioned how in the future I would like to have my breast implants removed/replaced and he said we can do it all at once! I went with it as I was told it was safe to do. So now, my consult for help on my heavy thighs somehow turned into lipo of the inner thighs, lipo in knees, lipo in the calves, transferring that fat to my buttocks and removal/replacement of my breast implants--none of which addressed my heavy thighs - but I know, no one forced me. Surgery happened, a couple of days in I see my breasts for the first time and am saddened at how small they were. I then realized he NEVER discussed implant size/shape, etc. I guess I assumed they would at least be the same as the size I had? I called his office and he told me once they were healed he could switch them out in his office but I would be required to pay for the new implants. I was surprised as it was acknowledged that the talk of size, etc. was never discussed, but yet I had to pay for them again! He switched them out, it went fine. Over the next few weeks it was becoming obvious that the skin between my thighs was now just empty and floppy as was my stomach skin. I went for a follow up and showed him the loose skin between my thighs and how I hated it. I feel that offended him. He said I can possibly remove it (I'm thinking, why now?) but "you have gained about 15 lbs since surgery." He said "I will do my part but you have to do your part and lose some weight". (I'm still not wrapping my brain around how losing weight is going to help with this already flabby empty skin.) And I was shocked by this as my eating habits hadn't changed and I was constantly reminded of all of the swelling I would have after surgery. I did not go to any more follow ups after that as I was confused and embarrassed and I was healed enough by this point. After healing, I lost a bit of weight (for myself) but here is where all of this comes into play- I have so much empty skin between my thighs, my stomach which I was never insecure about is now saggy and looks like that of a 90 year old (I'm 48) and there is ZERO EVIDENCE OF EVER HAVING A BBL. I know they don't last forever, but it NON EXISTENT. With my little bit of weight loss, the lipo'd areas are even more exacerbated. The only thing I am happy with is my breasts. I am now more insecure than ever and am now trying to figure out what my options are to fix it. I feel that such a massive amount of lipo on different areas alone should NEVER be suggested without also removing the skin as you WILL have loose skin, but I trusted a professional. Do you research and NEVER agree to ONLY lipo. I am mad at myself as I had so many doubts along the way but I am not a doctor and put my trust in the professional. I am completely devastated as getting corrective surgery will surely be a huge financial burden that could have been avoided, but there is no way I can carry this 'skin' around and not feel disgusted. I hate what was done to my body. *Also, I requested before/after pics several times and they would never send them. read more

Where do I even start? Dr.Panchal is absolutely amazing! I feel incredibly blessed to have found such a talented surgeon. I was extremely nervous but he kept me calm and reassured me durning the entire process. He was always quick to respond and never made me feel like I was a burden.... I had a lot of questions before and after my procedure. Tammy, in the front office was always super helpful and worked with my schedule. She made me feel comfortable from the first visit. I couldn't imagine going through this with a better group of people. He preformed a full tummy tuck, liposuction and butt augmentation. I made an informed choice when I was approximately 47 years old, about 9 years ago, after scouring the internet and reading reviews, to schedule a consult with Dr. Panchal and it was a great choice. He actually listens to what you have to say and takes it all into consideration when he makes his suggestions to what you need. When I first went in, I didn't really know what I wanted or needed to give my aging and sagging face a refreshed look with a tight budget (initially under $500-$700). I let him know what I could spend, that I didn't want botox yet (felt like once you get on the train you can't get off) so he suggested a filler to plump up my cheeks that were rolling down my neck. Eventually once I did get on the botox train (I prefer Xeomin) I didn't regret it, amazing the difference it makes. CareCredit is also a wonderful option if you need to spend a little more so you can pay it out with no interest (6 mos. 12 mos. or longer). Go for it, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Go to a skilled plastic surgeon, the cost is not much more, actually very comparable to a day spa (and how much training do they have). It's your face people! read more

I'm botched!!!!!! I had a breast lift augmentation and lipo. I still have fat around my hips and belly. I am so embarrassed of my breast....they look horrible !!!!! This surgeon was advertised as one of the top! Top to botch!!! My nipples are so scarred, my breast are lopsided. I have terrible scars. Stay away !!!!!! After many years of losing weight I was finally at a stable that I was comfortable with. I called to schedule a consultation and Tammy was so helpful answering some questions I had prior to meeting Dr Panchal. I met with Dr. Panchal and he asked me what bothers me the most. I love that he didn't tell me what I should have done however he did guide me in the direction in needed to go. He took the time to answer all the questions I had and he explained exactly what he would do as well as aftercare. He instantly made me feel comfortable and that he was the right surgeon for me. I told him he had performed a reconstruction surgery on my moms face after skin cancer and he automatically remembered her and grabbed his book to show the nurse what he had done to my mom. I couldn't believed he remembered after 9 years!!We decided the best start for me was a tummy tuck, breast lift and lipo of the flanks. Surgery went great! I had surgery on Tuesday 8/6/19 and stayed one night at the surgery center. Dr Panchals office called and texted to check on me constantly. He even personally called on Sunday to see how I was feeling. If I had a question I could text them and would get an answer back within minutes. I absolutely love his compassion and his ability to look at my body as a blank slate and create such a difference.
