Where do I begin!!! I went to Dr love on Aug 8 ... needed my implants removed and he said I needed cardiac clearance.. 2 months after sending letters and an angiogram and 2 stints later Lori the so called manager and telling her I couldn't have an elective surgery said oh btw you don't get all your money back we are going to keep 1000. Cause you came in the office! My documents clearly state I get a refund and she also said she said if I call my credit card it would be a cold day in hell if I won cause Dr love goes thru this all the time !!! Wow !!! Had breast lift and extra skin removal from stomach and sides. Best experience ever. Staff and Dr Love were so helpful and answered all my questions. I went from being nervous about a big surgery to feeling confident that the results would be what I wanted. Had an appt today, took over 2 months to get the appt. I arrived early, filled out necessary paperwork, then waited in the lobby with a mask on for 45 minutes, finally was taken back to a room, discussed the potential procedure with Dr. Love and a nurse. Was told to go wait back into the lobby for another nurse named Lori to come and tell me what the procedure will cost and when I can schedule, waited in the lobby for another half hour, no Lori, then just to be told that I didn't have to wait and Lori would just email me with all the info. So.. in a nutshell, 2 hours of my life that I'll never get back, info received from my appt only left me with more questions. Ugggh! This place was rated well and has lots of advertisement, I had higher expectations. Guess we'll see if I receive any follow up correspondence from Lori via email... just be forewarned office is not very organized and your time isn't of value. read more

Dr. Love lacks self awareness when his inappropriate comments are missing the mark. Derogatory comments towards a twenty-two year old female should not be tolerated. Not only was he unprofessional but he left me with textured implants that had to be removed, paper thin skin near the scar where he injected a steroid without ultrasound guiding, and a distrust for cosmetic surgeons. However, his staff was very kind and you could tell that his comments towards me did not sit well with one of his nurses. A disappointing experience in regards to Dr. Love himself. read more

I spent 3mos researching doctors and medi spas. It was overwhelming and at times confusing. I only have one face and even though the cosmetic procedures I was considering arent permanent, I didn't want to risk any bad experiences, before finding the right person(s) / fit for me. (As so often happens when searching out a new hairstylist for example and we've ALL been down that road. In researching Dr. Love and his extensive education and involvement in the medical field, it was extremely evident, his level of detail and excellence would also be reflected in his staff, their training and expertise. I was extremely nervous about my appointment however from the moment I stepped into the office and observed the employees no one looked overly done or "plastic". The PA, Kasey, was phenomenal! She answered all my questions, was warm, engaging, reassuring, knowledgeable and DETAILED! Im one day post procedure. Even with a bit of bruising and swelling, (which was expected) I look amazing and "fresh" according to those in my inner circle. I wasn't really sure what my expectations were in regards to results, being uncharted territory for me but I truly couldn't believe my eyes when Kasey was finished and I looked in the mirror and saw my 30yr old face...I'm 43!!! I am both relieved and elated I made the perfect choice, straight out of the gate, in where I'll be having all of my cosmetic "maintenance" done from here on out. Dr.Tim Love was so unprofessional; before my nose job he told me I should get my "knockers" done while I'm at it because I'd "never be able to get a man looking like that". The nurse didn't find any humor in his sexist remarks either. I was told he drives his sports car well over the speed limit around kite park on the way to the OKC Golf course. (Kids play there!) Very professional, caring Plastic surgeon and his staff are all very friendly and helpful. He knew exactly what size implants were best for my body type. The surgery went smoothly and recovery has been exceptionally easy. My incisions look almost non existent, they are so small and very well stitched. I got implants and tummy tuck about 6 months ago and my whole experience has been great! Dr. Love was very real, to the point, and took a lot of time educating me about everything...he really was adamant that I understand everything. Many other surgeon's I went to for consultations didn't do that. They just wanted to sign me up and seemed to almost avoid educating me. Dr. Love was very honest and up front about everything, no fakeness or typical salesman type of personality like a lot of the people I had consultations with before him. I really respected that and that is how I knew he was the surgeon. His surgical skills are respected highly, I already knew that, but his honest, thorough, and meticulous approach to the entire process convinced me. His staff was great, they all actually enjoy themselves, they are genuine and friendly, you can tell they all are a great team. The entire energy of the office is great. During one of my follow ups, I heard a lady leaving say to the nurses "I always leave her smiling" I feel the same way. read more

The staff is terrible. I sent 8 photos and ask for an opinion from Dr. Love since I live out of state. About 5 weeks later I got a barely readable email saying something I could not make sense of and that they did not remember my photos would I just come in. I had explained in detail that I had liposuction a year ago and was advised to wait a year before doing a lift since the skin might tighten and it might not be needed. The skin is very lax and hangs so I do want to do the lift. The office person said why don't you have lipo just come in though I had explained I live out of state. I wanted to do the surgery in OKC to have assistance afterwards since thigh lift is a very difficult recovery. THe communication and level of intelligence and caring of the staff seems very subpar. read more

It has been many years but the scars (and I mean physical as well as emotional) are still with me. I tried to change to another Dr. in the midst of my mastectomy process and he prevented it through conversations with all Dr.s in this area thatI contacted. I felt helpless, small and un-impowered when I needed kindness in a Dr. most. Left with only a "whoops" when he discovered he had put my expander in upside down. In my opinion, he has too high an opinion of himself and is cold in his approach to delicate matters. Find someone kinder. read more

Best experience! Dr. Love and his staff are fabulous. They have been so helpful and nice throughout my surgery process. Lori was great helping me with financial questions and so friendly. The nurse that helped, I think her name was Megan, was wonderful and always addressed my concerns before the surgery and after. Dr. Love is very personable and made me feel very comfortable on surgery day. I woke up with basically no pain after surgery. I already have another small procedure scheduled for next month and cannot wait! I will continue to come here for anything I might need in the future.
