A Heartfelt Thank You to Genesis Warranty Solutions and Keith Crenshaw
I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Genesis Warranty Solutions.
About seven years ago, I purchased an adjustable bed base from a local mattress company here in Arizona. After only about six months, the base stopped working. For more than six and a half years, we never got around to fixing it.
Recently, while trying to figure out how to reconnect the remotes for our two bed bases, I searched YouTube and came across the phone number for Genesis Warranty Solutions. I called and left a message, and before long my call was returned.
That phone call led me to Keith Crenshaw.
From the very beginning, Keith made me feel like I was talking to a longtime friend. He was patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. At the time, I was under a lot of stress. My wife was in a rehabilitation facility recovering from a fractured thoracic spine, and I had only about a week and a half to find a bed that would make it easier for her to get in and out of bed when she returned home.
I had visited several local mattress stores and was shocked to find prices ranging from $11,000 to $16,000 or more. Something just didn't feel right.
Keith listened to my situation and told me, "They're trying to charge far more than you need to pay." He then took the time to research options for me.
When he came back on the phone, he said, "Anthony, I can get you two Twin XL adjustable bases for a little over $1,000."
I was absolutely stunned.
I explained that I needed them before my wife returned home, which was only about ten days away. Keith assured me he would do everything he could to help. His calm demeanor and comforting conversation helped relieve a lot of the stress I was feeling.
We placed the order, and he told me it would take about a week. To my surprise, the bases arrived the following Monday or Tuesday--just in time.
I contacted Keith several more times regarding my original bed bases. The remotes had lost their signal months after purchase, and life got busy, so I never contacted the mattress company for help. Keith sent me simple instructions on how to re-pair the remotes. After following the steps and pressing reset, both remotes connected immediately.
I cannot say enough about Keith Crenshaw's dedication to excellent customer service. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. I am grateful to Genesis Warranty Solutions for employing someone who truly cares about people.
In fact, if I'm ever in Tennessee, I would love the opportunity to meet Keith in person just to thank him. I've even saved Genesis Warranty Solutions in my contacts because I know I can trust them if I ever need help again.
Keith, thank you for the exceptional service. You made me feel like I was talking to an old high school friend. That's a rare quality these days.
