Worst place ever!!! I took my phone in to find out what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to fix it. The guy there told me it would cost 30.00 plus tax to do a diagnosis test on it and when they find out what the problem was, I could apply the 30.00 towards the cost of fixing the phone. It was Friday afternoon when I drop it off and the guy there, said they would probably know my Tuesday or Wednesday So, I stopped by Tuesday and he said it would be a couple of weeks before they could look at it. I feel like he should have told me that Friday before I paided him, so I asked to see my phone because I got a new battery for it and put it in my phone to see if would work and it did. To my excitement as I just fixed own phone I asked for my 30.00 back and he said it wouldn't refund my money back. I personally think I should be refunded as he did not diagnosis test my phone and that's what the 30.00 dollars was for and I fixed my own phone. I feel that's not right for this business to keep my 30.00 as they didn't do what I paid for!!! Bad business and not professional!!! Do not recommend!!! read more

This is the most horrendous tech repair company I've ever encountered. I gave them equipment to fix and they said they'd call me the same day or the next day when it would be done. They NEVER called and months later told me that they recycled my equipment and lied about calling me. I saved the store number in my phone and never received any calls. I absolutely love that I have found Judah and have no reason to find someone else to help me with my gaming PC in the future. I was really anxious and upset about how my gaming PC was performing and Judah was able to calm me down a lot, he put my mind at ease as he worked very hard to solve these issues.
